Everything was verry good ! Exacyly like the photos . Only same destails on the out side gave at the first impressiion. Same plastic table sur side e same garbage . These 2 things made a verry good place visualy a bad reputacion. That is my insight joguetes help.

Bring your slippers
Pros:

After a long walk in the heat our feet got dirty and sweaty.
I understand the recycling pricess but I was not prepared to get charged for keeping the dirty slippers.
The sign in the room did not indicate we had to buy them. We will not return to this hotel.

Pros:

The room we had was nice, clean and spacious, We only stayed one night as an emergency accommodation due to a missed flight so was not able to check out the swimming pool and other facilities but it was convenient to have 24 hours reception to check out at 4:30 am.

Really nice staff, magnificent rooftop, restaurant and drink, top clean room, a gym and a pool on the roof, worth the price the only thing i dislike a little is that the hôtel emplacement is not near any public transportation, but overall i would highly recommend to anyone

用過多日的浴室地毛巾已經呈現非常污糟，竟然不換新，在原封鋪在地上，房間沒有即棄拖鞋供應，但係第二間房間又有，更換房間嘅用品是隨執房嘅人喜歡是否供應，房間有小強的屍體，

Nice and Clean in isolation
Pros:

The place is nice. The staff is good. Given the place far away from anything, I did not see the value. Also,the taxi could not find the place on google maps. Need to search for glow hotel. The place should be about 20% cheaper. Location is not good at all.
Again clean and good staff.

The hotel was in a dodgy area with no access to public transport. There’s nothing to see in the neighborhood, could not even find a money changer nearby.

The room was so basic and cheaply done—photos online can’t be trusted. I only stayed maybe 30-45 minutes in the room before checking out and booking a new hotel, and in that short period I could tell that it wouldn’t have provided restful sleep as I could hear everything that was going on outside.

I tried to ask for a refund from the hotel (via Expedia) since day 1 and they did not bother responding until my last day in Bangkok, only to say that they would not issue the refund.

HORRIBLE. I am still chasing them for my refund, but given how unresponsive they are it could take another week or so just to get a response.

Room is clean and functional does require improvement esp water flow & drainage in the shower.
Staff interaction throughout the stay was minimal at bests.

5 star hotel?
Pros:

Rooms big and ok. However, I do not understand how this can be a 5 star hotel. Pictures not as good in reality. The area is a very ”local” area where you cannot really stroll. You would need to take taxi everywhere as its far off from center and not safe.
The rooftop restaurant was really superb though.
