O hotel fica em uma parte, estilo terraço, de um shopping (que também conta com uma saída da estação de trem da linha 2) o que torna a vida muito prática. Além de serem extremamente atenciosos. Quarto confortável e assim que cheguei fui recepcionada com frutas locais, um refrigerante local e uma lembrancinha.

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Rebecca, who spoke very good English, she continued with this helpfulness throughout our stay at the hotel. She organized our itinerary and even bought us some tea when we asked where we could buy it. We would definitely come back here again. The room was very big and the bathroom was huge with a bath that provided a welcome soak after a long day of walking. The location was convenient with the metro within the complex. Don't miss the drone show!!!

Das Morgenessen war ein farbenfrohes Fest aus typisch chinesischen Köstlichkeiten, das jeden Bissen wie eine kleine Reise wirken ließ. Die abwechslungsreichen Aromen tanzten harmonisch zusammen, alles war wohlschmeckend und mehr als reichlich, und selbst der noch so spezielle Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. So fühlte man sich von Anfang bis Ende rundum verwöhnt.
Die Lage des Hotels verbindet beeindruckende Größe mit kluger Funktionalität: Direkt über einem weitläufigen Einkaufszentrum gelegen, bietet es den Gästen einen komfortablen Zugang zu einer Vielzahl an Geschäften und Services. Die zentrale Lage im Stadtgefüge ermöglicht kurze Wege zu kulturellen, geschäftlichen und gastronomischen Zielen. Mit einer hauseigenen U-Bahn-Station bietet das Hotel zudem einen außergewöhnlich schnellen und nahtlosen Anschluss, sodass sich nahezu jede gewünschte Location innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen lässt.
Ich bin in Dutzenden Ländern gewesen und in unzähligen Hotels abgestiegen, doch noch nirgendwo habe ich Personal erlebt, das so außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zutiefst unterstützend war. Jeden Tag wurde ich mit liebevoll zusammengestellten Vorschlägen überrascht, was ich in Chongqing entdecken könnte – von eindrucksvollen Aussichtspunkten über lebendige Altstadtgassen bis hin zu inspirierenden Museumsbesuchen. Dazu kamen warmherzige Empfehlungen für Bootstouren auf dem Jangtse, Spaziergänge durch farbig illuminierte Nachtmärkte, Besuche traditioneller Teehäuser und Hinweise auf kleine, kaum bekannte Kunstgalerien. Vor allem Rebecca, die Service-Managerin, hat sich persönlich um meine Wünsche gekümmert und mich mit ihren kreativen, einfühlsamen Tipps immer wieder positiv überrascht. In jeder Hinsicht bin ich rundum und uneingeschränkt zufrieden mit allem, was das Personal betrifft und das Hotel selbst zu bieten hat.

The hotel didn't feel like it was in a mall. It felt calming and comfortable in a busy city, close to a gym. Staff were super helpful at all hours. Great breakfast.

The location is good in that you can explore where the everyday Chongqing people live whilst get some luxury shopping done.

Loves that the washing is done daily for free and the break though simple is some of the best food you could have anywhere including the many 5-star hotels we had around the world.

Front desk staff were really helpful in helping me book for the 1 day trip to Wulong Karst & Fairy Mountain. Wayyy cheaper than booking online. It's only roughly 400RMB for the 1 day trip. look for the manager Rebecca if she's there at the outlet if you need any help, she can speak fluent English. Other front desk staff can also speak simple English :).

And also a bonus, they help you wash, dry+fold your laundry for free! Just give them a basket of your dirty clothes and they'll wash it clean and return to your room!

It's a lil bit tricky to find the hotel, but they will send you pictures on how to walk with directions so you don't get lost :)

The support and friendliness of the staff was exemplary. I was able to find the hotel and other destinations very easily thanks to the help of the brilliant hotel manager Rebecca. She sent me detailed recommendations and tips for my stay, adding plenty of context for me to decide what to see in my limited time there. I was also able to find everything with her help. I have never had a better hotel experience, all of the staff very kind and humourous. The food was also excellent and the location was beautiful and serene. A little rooftop oasis. Cannot be recommended enough

The manager Rebecca was exceptional . She understood well the limitations of a foreigner and had everything so easily explained in her messages . They took personal care in the breakfast menu to suit the western tastebuds.

Nice location if you want to be at somewhere a bit outside the city. The metro is also very handy via the mall itself. The breakfast is nice as you can order either noodle or wanton. The room is also quite spacious. The free clean and drying services are really helpful.

Room was very comfortable, spacious and fully furnished (inc. body lotion, good quality coffee and tea, higher-end amenities etc.)
Scott, Rebecca and her team were extremely helpful, diligent and kind. The services and care offered by the hotel and its staff throughout the stay did enrich my general experience of, and trip in Chongqing.

Can only recommend to others and wont miss to choose this hotel or another Wuyu of the group for/if any futur trip in the city comes by.

The breakfast was amazing!! Stuff is very polite and friendly!

Although they have limited English but The staff were very helpful especially Rebecca. She communicates in English, very responsive in replying messages and also very helpful and supportive.
