Pros:

The hotel and SPA facilities were excellent. The breakfast and dinner menu was varied and of superb quality. The place is family-friendly with facilities suiting different age groups. There are breath-taking views to the Balkan mountain and the valley at the foot of it.

Cons:

Some of the facilities could be maintained outside of the SPA opening hours, so that the SPA guests could enjoy them. For example, an outdoor swimming pool got cleaned on a busy Sunday morning when there were many guests and some may have wanted to use it in addition to using the rest of the facilities.

Pros:

Хотелът е страхотен! Много стилен и поддържан. Навсякъде блести и има много персонал. Спа центъра и външния басейн са големи и чисти. Най-приятната изненада беше мини аква парка, където детето се забавляваше. Препоръчвам! Ще се върнем отново!

Pros:

Престоя в хотела, беше невероятен. Персонала е много учтив и отзивчив, храната беше великолепна. Чисто и преледно на всякъде. Без забележки. Бих повторила при първа възможност!

Отлични условия! Любимо място!
Pros:

Локацията е чудесна, има хубава гледка, достатъчно зеленина и пространство, както и голям паркинг.
Храната и хигиената са отлични.
Персоналът е компетентен и отзивчив.
Басейните са достатъчно големи и водата е с прекрасна температура. Нямаме търпение да посетим и външната част детската пързалка.

Excellent hotel, great service, delicious food! Would definitely return!
Pros:

The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent! The hotel is beautiful! Really well done! Modern, spacious and clean. The pools are massive and there are 5 different saunas/ steam room ect. to choose from. I would definitely return!

Cons:

The pillows were a bit flat but that’s an easy fix. Everything else was excellent and I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Pavel Banya!
