Не ни беше почистена стаята през двата дни. Кошчетата бяха препълнени. Обявено е, че има кафемашина, но цитирам рецепционистката: кафето е комплимент от хотела за първия ден " После няма откъде да си вземете такова. Не продават.

В ресторанта на сухите мезета със сирена и месо кацаха безобразно много мухи. Това е абсурдно за 5 звезден хотел . Цялото семейство се прибрахме с повръщане и разстройство цели 3 дни . До 11:30шум от игри

I was surprised especially from the lifeguard. His name is Pavel.
He showed 100% professionalism.
When he was around all swimming pools we were so comfortable and secured for our children's. You can't escape from his look, you can't step left or right without to be seen.
Congratulations Pavel, keep doing your job whit your hart as you did during our vacation.
