Pros:

Повечето служители бях много любезни.Храната беше много вкусна и спа зоната беше чиста и разнообразна.

Cons:

Спа съоръженията като сауните ,долните стаи и пр. не бяха пуснати в 10:30 почти ,а още в началото се анонсира,че зоната започва да работи от 9 .
Поради раното освобождаване на стаите в деня на тръгване не можеш да ползваш достатъчно дълго спа зоната.

The staff -amazing, hotel and room -perfectly clean just marvelous and fresh , the spa - exceptional TOP , the food - many choices tasteful and delicious, the location- just amazing in the valley of the mountain fresh air perfect.

Комфортен уикенд в хотел " Атмосфера"
Pros:

Настанихме се в двойна стая без балкон, но с голям панорамен прозорец, отваряем, за две нощувки. Стаята беше уютна, леглата удобни. Очакваше ни комплимент-бутилка бяло вино за двама и лакомства.Имаше и две бутилки минерална вода. Банята изглеждаше комфортна, достатъчно голяма и имаше достатъчно козметични средства, за да се освежим или поддържаме чисти. Храната в ресторанта беше обилна и много вкусна. За вечеря имаше избор от три вида месо: телешко, свинско и пуешко, както и два вида риба: сьомга и ципура. Не липсваха и морски дарове-бейби каламари. Изобилие от салати , десерти и плодове. Хареса ни спа зоната. Пробвахме солната стая, трите вида сауни: инфраред, финландска и билкова, парната баня, джакузита и солен басейн. Основният басейн е огромен, със зони за релакс и тангентори. Доволни сме от избора на хотел.

Cons:

Единствената ни забележка е температурата в стаята, която се регулира централно.Беше ужасно горещо-26 градуса! От рецепцията ни отговориха, че няма как да се регулира и да държим отворен прозореца през цялото време. Няма как да стане, защото леглата са до прозореца. Освен това-това за мен е разхищение!
Надявам се да коригират температурите, за да посетим хотела отново.
