Cons:

The room was very dirty with a lot of bugs inside. The elevator to the 24th floor takes approximately 5 minutes per way (up or down) because of the amount of stories in the building. Usage or the pool is not free, it costs 224 pesos per person.

Vuil, wil je niet in verblijven zelf niet voor een uur!
Pros:

Heel vuil appartement vol met kakkerlakken en schimmel, we zijn een half uur binnen geweest en terug vertrokken en iets anders gehuurd!

Cons:

Niets, dit is booking.com niet waardig!

Inconvenient, disappointed and hungry.
Pros:

The place was good, but there was an ongoing electric maintenance, no power from 8:00 am until we checked out. We can’t cook anything nor go down since there are no elevators available. Struggled checking out since we have things and we used the stairs. So disappointed since there is a memo sent by the admin condo. They shouldn’t have accepted booking during this time, so inconvenient.

Pros:

The place gives off such a stylish and cozy vibe. I found it really aesthetic, especially with all the decorations, artificial plants placed throughout and grass on the balcony floor, which added a fresh and calming feel for me. The in-house entertainment was great too, with a PlayStation, karaoke, and even card and board games. Honestly, those were more than enough to keep me entertained indoors the whole time—I completely forgot to check out the other amenities outside, lol. I’d say 24 hours just isn’t enough to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer.

Cons:

It's not that I'm dissatisfied, but there are a few areas for improvement that I'd like to suggest:

*Consider adding more games to the PlayStation library. (Or maybe I haven't check the other profile)

*Providing slippers for guests would be a nice touch.

Pros:

The security was good, evdrybody has to be scanned at the entry, the lobby allowed me to keep my luggage till late. The condo was very large with a kitchen

It was good. But take not on this: Contact the property owner asap if you would like to use the pool during Friday-Sunda
Pros:

True to the posted pictures; comfy, clean, and with complete sanitation kits. The owner is nice but medyo busy sya, but all in all she is nice. Good host.

Cons:

The pool maintenace schedule isn’t posted. It’s every thursday. Receptionists are medyo strict with guests, medyo nakakainis.
