It was the worst’s experience i have had in a hotel stay! I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Cons:

Room was not ready. There was no power. Rooms were filthy, closets were broken, bathrooms were moldy. Walls and floors dirty and dusty. Bed bugs-we had many bug bites all over our body. Security and reception desk personnel were rude and unfriendly. Forced down the basement like criminals to bring our luggage with zero assistance, no explanations why we were being forced down a basement with no airflow, no good wifi connection to contact taxi/grab. There is a hidden cctv in the living light. No toilet papers, no paper towels, kitchen was filthy and the rooms were smelly.

Just want to add this review to align expectations since one of the reviews paint a very horrid one. So, if I need to go to Manila, I will be rebooking this property. The entire unit is not something that would replace a proper hotel, or a well maintained airBnB. Some stuff needed a little cleaning here and there, and utensils were stored in an unintuitive location. There are wear and tear marks in the furniture and basically everywhere else. However, everything contributed to this appeal that life happened in this unit. Whoever the owners are, they imprinted something special to this area. And we felt it. There was a playpen with toys, the best feature of this unit. Once we got used to where stuff are stored, we basically felt like home. Friends and family came over, and everything felt like we were hosting in our very own home. The contact number given to you to communicate with the owners replied when it mattered. We were able to cook good food when we needed to. We bought some ice molders though, bought some cleaning soaps and a lot of cleaning sprays, but we like cleaning and making the location our own.
