Opposite of Edgware Road Tube Station, Short Walk To Marble Arch

The room size was quite small, which was manageable, but the cupboard space was limited and not very convenient for storing belongings. The hangers provided were similar to disposable retail hangers, which were not very sturdy. We noticed that the window was not fully sealed and had a small opening, which raised concerns about insects entering or privacy issues. After returning from outside, we did notice some insects in the room.

As the accommodation is underground, it looks good from the outside, but the interior feels a bit dated and could benefit from renovation. While the bathroom itself was fine, the lighting there was not very good. Since the rooms are very close to each other, noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Additionally, the corridor lights remain on throughout the night, and the light flashes into the room, which affected our sleep.

Small, poorly laid out, uncomfortable, dark, airless. The furniture is very poorly laid out, the closet isn’t deep enough to hold clothes, I’m not certain why there is a couch in the room as it faces a wall and the room is so small that the couch and bed touch each other which blocks your walk across the room. There are no lamps, just harsh overhead leading or darkness. The pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable, and the mattress is larger than the bed and hangs off the side.
