Opening times are: Monday - Friday from 6.00p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (kitchen time until 9:00 p.m.).

The restaurant is NOT open in the lunchtime on thursday or friday or any other day.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Gutes Hotel mit ein paar Abstrichen
Pros:

Zuvorkommendes Personal, saubere Zimmer, schöner kleiner Biergarten

Cons:

Lage und Entfernung in die Innenstadt, Zimmer etwas laut, wenig Parkplätze im Hof.

Pros:

Wir waren für 1 Nacht hier. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei.

Im Sommer würde ich das Hotel nicht wieder wählen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Leider liegen alle Einzelzimmer zur Hauptstraße (Mayener Straße) und somit ist die Lärmbelastung bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich groß. Bei meinem Aufenthalt waren sehr warme Temperaturen in der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren extrem aufgeheizt und da es nur einen langsamen Ventilator im Zimmer gab, musste man lüften. Trotz Lüften waren die Temperaturen im Zimmer sehr hoch.

Unangenehmer Aufenthalt, nicht weiter zu empfehlen
Pros:

Kostenloser Parkplatz

Cons:

- Frühstücksbuffet lieblos, kaum Auswahl und nicht frisch vorbereitet. Für 17€/Person viel zu teuer.
- Getränkewunsch wie Cappuccino mit Hafermilch hat mehrere Angestellte überfordert und nie zum gewünschten Ergebnis geführt
- laute Türen, die automatisch schließen und von Reinigungsfrau ins Schloss fallen gelassen werden. An Ruhe vormittags somit nicht zu denke
- Kissen komplett platt, bei Frage nach anderen Kissen haben wir exakt so eines nochmal bekommen
- Zimmer dunkel, Stimmung trist und Interieur sehr in die Jahre gekommen
- Handtücher müffeln unangenehm.
