Pros:

I booked this reservation on this site & I think this is 419. here are my reasons.

1. This place is a shortlet apartment and not a hotel. Very misleading, its like calling Airbnb a hotel. So imagine to my surprise upon arrival, i was asked for the code to enter the estate whereas i was expecting to be stepping to the front desk and getting checked in. It was an ordeal of over 90minutes to get into the estate.
2. When i got in, there was no concierge, front desk person or porter. Apparently they close at 6pm. How do you run a "hotel" or short-let apartment that closes at 6pm. A gentleman finally attended to me via phone and asked me to send my reservation details to him so he can confirm and check me in. Mind you this was now 1130pm at night. He gets back to me with the following message
Unfortunately we haven’t received any booking from such website (Expedi@)

And don’t have an account with them. So this booking can’t be honored as payment hasn’t been received or any confirmation email or call from such company

Would advise you inform your guest to contact the booking company now directly to sort things out
Or cancel the booking online and pay directly to us no us in naira via bank transfer

We only use b00king.com and Airbb as our official partners.
