Terrible!
Pros:

Service was terrible
Cleaning staff member had to phone manager to help us via het phone.
The room was shown. When we got back later, the room was assigned to other people .
The manager told us to leave if we're not happy with the dump she put is in. Building materials everywhere.

Cons:

There was nothing to like.

We where scammed

Hi we got there Friday Night and it was a building site there was mould on all the walls and we did not fell safe .
There was no respecsion person. there was a man that scared us.The place did not look like the photos on the site

we had to fine a other place to stay as I have never seen a place so disgusting .How does Booking .com let place like this on there website. I will be taking legal action to get a refund.

It was bad and the safety is compromised as well.
Pros:

There’s nothing to like about the property, everything is a mess. The place is poorly managed but Shakira is trying her best to make everyone feel welcomed such a sweet soul.

Cons:

I was changed into 3 rooms in 3 days, the first room was an issue of a broken tap and the second room the was no hot water and was moved to the third room. There’s construction on site and the yard is a mess. Electricity went off at night but came back on after 20minutes.

An utter disgrace, STAY AWAY!

☹️NOTHING is as the photographs. Thus false/misleading marketing. Also the main gate was handled manually (apparently also broken for a while)

An utter disgrace, as you enter the apartment, and inside shocking. Filthy, dangerous and damages everywhere.

Shocked that any owner or business would even consider taking a client's money for accommodation like this! Save yourself a lot of unnecessary drama and book, star rated options, for much less. The location was ideal and a priority at the time of booking.

Cons:

An unprofessional response by the owner, was the last straw. Just don't expose yourself. STAY AWAY! I have many photographs as proof. Also a clear timeline of how this horrific experience unfolded.
