Mixed impressions: the sea and sand by the sea are magnificent, the territory of the complex itself is also cool, we had breakfast included, the breakfast was great, BUT:

Cons:

I do not recommend renting apartments here from private individuals, in any extraordinary situation the reception will not help you - you need to contact the owner of the apartment
location is in the “endless” desert😅 there is nothing nearby, if you are not by car, not on full board - you will pay 4 times more, for example, I needed water, it cost there 25,000!!!! for a small bottle, which is sold everywhere for 5,000 dong)))) for one night - okay, but not more.
the beach is poorly cleaned on its own territory!

Also i had a flight delay and arrived at the hotel 6 hours late, when I asked to go to a meeting and make a late flight by only 2 hours, the owner of the apartment refused, and there were practically no people in the apartment complex.
This left a negative imprint.

Pros:

Czysto w pokojach, bardzo zadbany i utrzymany w dużym porządku teren kompleksu, blisko na plażę, ładny widok na morze z pokojów. W pokojach bardzo wygodne łóżka i jest prawie wszystko, co powinno. To "prawie" rozwinę w sekcji minusów.

Niektórzy piszą, że daleko od miasta, ale myślę, że warto sprawdzić, dokąd się jedzie. My wiedzieliśmy i właśnie tego potrzebowaliśmy - odpoczynku od zgiełku. A zawsze można sobie wynająć motorek i jeździć do sklepu, jeśli trzeba.

Smaczne śniadania i jest duży wybór. Dziwią mnie niektóre opinie, że jest mało. Byliśmy też raczej w low season, więc nie było problemu z miejscem na zjedzenie. Restauracja ogólnie serwuje dobre jedzenie.

Jest też kilka spa i można iść na masaż po naprawdę niskich cenach, nawet jak na taki resort.

Cons:

Obsługa udaje, że zna angielski. Naprawdę idzie się dogadać tylko w zupełnie podstawowych sprawach, jak zameldowanie czy wymeldowanie. Praktycznie każda inna sprawa, wcale nie jakaś nietypowa, wymagała używania google translate.

Rolka papieru, którą dostaliśmy, starczała właściwie na 3 razy i też trzeba się było namęczyć, żeby poprosić o dodatkowy.

Wspomniałem o restauracji. Jedzenie dobre, ale obsługa bardzo różna, w zależności od ludzi. Raz dostaliśmy normalnie najpierw napoje i jedzenie wszyscy jednocześnie, a innym razem każdy dostał w innym momencie, a do tego przystawki przyszły po daniach głównych.

Beach bar otwarty tylko do 21:30 i zazwyczaj czeka się na drinka z pół godziny, dosłownie. To też trochę zależy od obsługi, ale zawsze długo.

Woda w basenach bardzo ciepła. W ogóle nie przynosi tak potrzebnej w upały ochłody.

Disappointing stay , I would avoid at all cost.

The rooms were clean and adequate with ocean views.

Cons:

The staff at this hotel were distant, unfriendly and unknowledgeable. It seemed like a relatively new hotel that was in desperate need of staff training about what facilities were available in the hotel complex. The photos are of the seaside building which has the facilities that are open. We were in the building up the hill and needed to go to the other building, 250-300 yards away to get to breakfast or to the activities that were offered. The front desk was not always manned in our building, very few people in our building, we never saw anyone else on our floor.. The beaches were littered with trash, there was a strong storm front when we were there which could have contributed to that. Location of the hotels in that area are a long ways from the activities of the the are and no stores and only hotel restaurants in the area.
