Pros:

le calme un peu en dehors du strip nous avions une suite avec balcon très agréable beau salon un endroit propre et calme pour las vegas on on peut facilement rejoindre le strip a pied et parking gratuit

Cons:

l accueil une seule personne à l accueil guère aimable problème de terminal de payement la personne à l accueil ne savait que nous répondre je ne peut rien faire je n'ai pas d autre possibilité alors qu' il y avait cinq terminaux sur le comptoir il a fallu payer en cash ..une heure après au restaurant sur le strip aucun soucis avec nos cartes
le petit déjeuner au restaurant sur place très décevant

Fantastic stay and I would book a room here again.
Pros:

This location is great because it’s a 15 minute walk to the shopping areas and the strip. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable I appreciate the ice machines on each floor.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Our stay at Ellis Island Hotel, Casino & Brewery was overall average. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The only issue we experienced was with the first room we were assigned, where the air conditioner was very noisy. We asked the front desk if it was possible to change rooms, and they asked us to pack our luggage and come back to the reception. Although we were tired after a long day, we did so, and they were able to give us another room. We appreciated that the issue was resolved, but it would have been more convenient if the process had been a bit easier. Other than that, our stay was comfortable and met our expectations.
