Séjour agréable, dans le calme, et avons été bien reçu.
Pros:

Son emplacement exceptionnel, et calme.
L’hôte est vraiment très sympathique, serviable.

Disgraceful behaviour. Guinness taps weren't
Serviced and the gas wasn't working. When booking a nice secluded hotel. Bar service should not be closed. I personally believe we should be compensated for our stay been ruined. I am a regular customer and left a lot of money there with about 7 friends over the last 2 weeks

Pros:

Perfect lakeside getaway! The location is stunning and so peaceful. The hosts were amazing and the room was incredibly comfortable. If you need to unplug and recharge, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Location was great, the bed was super comfy; the rest was dreary!
Pros:

Breakfast was good but the coffee machine wasn’t working.

Cons:

Too many plastic plants!!!
Everything was a bit run down.
The shower was weak.
I had to go and get my coat to eat breakfast; it was cold in the diner!

The carlsberg was very nice & the breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

19.50 for fish & chips! If you seen what I got I've never seen anything so miserable on a plate before no peas no salad I had to ask,! Fish isnt fresh you'd buy what they offered in tesco yourself. Even more expensive for the steak its the size if your palm & came out raw. They mask the serving of your meal by leaving the basket of chips on your plate! Ridiculous prices for what we got. Forced to sit in an area we didn't want to sit in due to bookings. Sorry did we not pay & book our stay surely that should include a table? We agreed we'd have dinner at 6 soon as we sat down at 5 they were round taking the order we were rushed! Door handle in room cut my husband's hand sharp edge sticking out. Blocked toilet water level raised high in our room. Single bed could only hold a child very squeaky & unsteady. No outside lights at night if you want to walk over to the bar pitch black. No atmosphere whatsoever no craic everyone was whispering. Couldn't even get a sprite with breakfast told bar not open, in other words if you want a sprite with your already paid breakfast you pay for it! This was a very disappointing stay. Never again.

Pros:

When we arrived the place was locked up we couldn't get in when we finally got in there was no heat no hot water and I was informed that we were the only two people staying that night this place is in the middle of nowhere we had no choice but to leave. I would like my money back

Cons:

Everything was a disaster travelled the whole way from Donegal for that

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Nachtessen war gut und schön hergerichtet. Alles hat super geklappt und die Preise sind sehr in Ordnung.

The location is beautiful. Such a lovely place to stay and eat. The food was great and staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money.

eine sehr eindrückliche Erfahrung an einem sehr speziellen Ort mit äußerst freundlichen Menschen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr fein und man konnte aus mehreren irischen Gerichten aussuchen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundschaftlich und kompetent. Super Lage mit Sicht auf den See schon beim frühstücken.

Cons:

Das Zimmer kōnnte einen Ticken gepflegter sein und Kleinigkeiten wie Porzellantassen, statt Papptassen oder ein Duschgel würden den Gästen zusätzlich Freude machen.
