Great facilities, let down by a check-out mix-up.
Pros:

The facilities were very good: well maintained, comfortable and clean. The lobby and common areas were beautiful, and overall the hotel offered a pleasant environment for my stay.

Cons:

There was miscommunication about check-out. I was told check-out was at noon, but when I returned to my room before then, housekeeping was already inside with my things moved around already. It was unsettling, and it would help to align front desk and housekeeping on guests' check-out times.

Déçue du service client
Pros:

Bel établissement
Qualité du buffet petit déjeuner

Cons:
