Very nice place but Be sure about airport transfer when choosing this property
Pros:

Very clean property , very friendly staff , nice food

Cons:

All was well about the property .
However the free airport transfer ( from Booking.com) which made us choose the property against other hotels was non- existent.
The stress of having to organise taxi to airport was not an anticipated.

Pros:

Out host Sera... was key to everything so hospital, and made sure we had a great time

Outstanding place!
Pros:

Outstanding service by the staff. Very beautiful hotel in and outside. Rooms are very clean and pretty. I would go back to this hotel. The price is on the higher end but it's worth the dime!

Amazing, best hotel in Nairobi
Pros:

The most stunning hotel, great staff and impeccable service. The hotel has great facilities.

Cons:

Location is slightly out of town, but not a big issue as ubers are very cost effective and driving its about 25 mins in.

i enjoyed the swimming pool, the gym, the game area and the trail track . was a good stay

had a good variety of breakfast options and the chef did a brilliant job

However it can be considered for people who don't like taking early breakfast to carry to their rooms . i requested and the supervisor declined

The security team. especially at the entrance

i didn't feel any warmth from the staff. apart from Philip who helped with our bags and the swimming pool guide/lifesaver
