Amazing, best hotel in Nairobi
Pros:

The most stunning hotel, great staff and impeccable service. The hotel has great facilities.

Cons:

Location is slightly out of town, but not a big issue as ubers are very cost effective and driving its about 25 mins in.

i enjoyed the swimming pool, the gym, the game area and the trail track . was a good stay

had a good variety of breakfast options and the chef did a brilliant job

However it can be considered for people who don't like taking early breakfast to carry to their rooms . i requested and the supervisor declined

The security team. especially at the entrance

i didn't feel any warmth from the staff. apart from Philip who helped with our bags and the swimming pool guide/lifesaver

Truly wonderful and a perfect place to end the holiday
Pros:

A truly wonderful hotel that felt so majestic. It had great facilities with a wonderful kids room, gym and beautiful dining areas. The service was also good and everyone went that extra mile to make things as comfortable as possible.

Awesome
Pros:

Exceptionally clean and serene. The security and customer care was exceptional. Especially Clyde at the reception desk, and the dry cleaner. Everyone was great. My wife and I had a great stay and she was presented with a beautiful birthday gift upon arrival. Definitely going back there
