Pros:

Новый великолепный отель, открывший свои двери в 2026 году, ведет свою историю с начала XX века и бьет рекорды в каждом столетии. Совершенно особенная атмосфера внутри здания и вокруг. Высокий уровень спальных принадлежностей и горный воздух способствуют самому качественному сну. Наконец-то халаты на высоких гостей 180 см+. Рестораны выше всех похвал, уютный бар и лобби. Для нового отеля весьма расторопный персонал. Все радовало и восхищало. Восхитительные виды на город, пешие маршруты и велотреки. Приятный бонус от отеля - шаттл в центр города на комфортном минивэне два раза в день. Спасибо за теплый прием и профессионализм менеджеру Диего и его команде. Не успели оценить спа-центр, нужно было уезжать, поэтому обязательно вернемся. Мистическое место гора Тибидабо вдохновляет и гармонизирует!

Cons:

Было несколько нюансов, но менеджер Диего и его восхитительная команда все урегулировали в один момент. Спасибо!

Parfait, gâché par un responsable en dessous des prestations de l’hôtel dommage !

Cons:

Tout était parfait, jusqu’au moment où l’hôtel nous a appelé pour nous dire que nous avions oublié nos clefs de voiture. Sauf que, les clefs double compris ont été remis au voiturier, qui au moment du départ nous a rendu qu’un seul heu de clefs… ça peut arriver, mais l’hôtel, enfin un responsable a décrété que c’était de notre faute et que les frais serait à notre charge pour plus de 85€ !!!

Amazing!! Ik kom zeker terug
Pros:

De locatie met het voortreffelijke uitzicht.
De service van het personeel super attent meedenkend. Super mooie kamers en alles super schoon.

Cons:

Als er toch iets nog verbeterd kan worden is de shuttle die misschien iets vaker kan pendelen. Maar met taxi’s is het ook super goed te doen en die zijn er binnen 5 minuten.

Hôtel magnifique, chaque pièce est superbe, les chambres également, la literie est très bonne aussi. Le personnel au petit soin.

Cons:

Le tarif du parking un peu élevé sinon rien

Incroyable séjour dans un lieu magnifique
Pros:

Le lieu est magnifique, la décoration est incroyable, la vue de la piscine est à couper le souffle.
La literie est vraiment confortable, les chambres spacieuses.

Cons:

L’hôtel reste loin de Garcia, avec deux navettes seulement par jour.

Definitely not recommended
Pros:

I was expecting more from a wining award hotel as a service & response on very basic things .
The bathrooms has so many cracks & insect & I told them to cross check but nothing happened !!

Cons:

The staff are under qualified . There did many mistakes in the calculation, & I had to revise behind them more than twice !!!!

El emplazamiento.

Cons:

La habitación con piscina es correcta, pero el precio desorbitado en comparación con el resto de habitaciones, para el escaso upgrade que supone. Además, el hotel estuvo haciendo obras en la terraza de la lado, lo que no me parece acorde al precio que pagas.

Stunning location and facilities, would highly recommend (just be prepared to wait for your food)
Pros:

The hotel is genuinely stunning. The decor and ambience is beautifully done, light, airy and so much space and character. The rooms are to a very high standard, if you are looking for a view of the city and the Med, read the room description very clearly. The location is great, and would recommend the short walk to the theme park and the church. The pool area and terrace is great and it never felt crowded.

Cons:

The restaurant seemed to really struggle at breakfast an lunch. The staff gave the impression of being overwhelmed. We waited on average for 25-30minutes for food, which most times was the wrong order and was warm rather than hot. When it arrived it was good. The management didn't seem overly inspired to solve this, which for a five star hotel was a shame. Not a complaint, but the road up to the hotel from the city is twisty, if you suffer from motion sickness, sit in the front and I would advise using the local black and yellow cabs, the uber drivers really didn't like driving up and down there
