​Zdecydowanie polecam Hotel Diament w Zabrzu! Mój pobyt był niezwykle udany i muszę przyznać, że wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.
​Przede wszystkim należy pochwalić obsługę – personel jest przemiły, niezwykle profesjonalny i nastawiony na pomoc. Widać, że gość jest tu priorytetem, bo każda sprawa czy prośba są załatwiane niemal od ręki, z uśmiechem i dużą kulturą. W hotelu panuje wzorowa czystość, pokoje są zadbane i komfortowe, więc naprawdę nie ma się absolutnie do czego doczepić.
​Dużym atutem jest również lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko zabrzańskich kopalń, co czyni go idealną bazą wypadową do zwiedzania tych wyjątkowych miejsc. Dodając do tego bardzo korzystną cenę, uważam, że to jeden z najlepszych wyborów w okolicy.
​Z przyjemnością wrócę tu przy kolejnej okazji. Polecam każdemu, kto szuka komfortu, świetnej obsługi i dogodnej lokalizacji w dobrej cenie!
