Pros:

Localização

Cons:

O flat está muito envelhecido, precisando urgente de reforma.
Ao abrir a água do chuveiro exala um cheiro desagradável.
O vaso sanitário tem mau cheiro
Tem dois frigobares no quarto nenhum funciona
A cortina está muito suja
Etc…

Péssima hospedagem
Pros:

A localização é boa para o evento que fui

Cons:

Limpeza ruim, instalações precárias com mofo na parede do banheiro, chuveiro velho, roupa de cama e banho da pior qualidade.
Achei cabelo na roupa de cama. Tinha cílios postiço no chão do quarto, cortinas velhas e com aspecto sujo. Não volto mais.
