Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Top Lage. Mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Nettes Hotelpersonal. Kleine, aber feine Zimmer. Wunderschöner größer Balkon im 8. OG. Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt in Hanoi sehr gute Adresse. Zum Abschied bekamen wir sogar eine süße Kleinigkeit - sehr nette Geste und sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Nicht wirklich negativ, aber die Zimmer sind wirklich klein. Zwei große Koffer gingen gerade so, aber an Auspacken war nicht zu denken. Bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt aber ganz in Ordnung. Damit muss man aber in der Altstadt rechnen, da alle Gebäuden relativ schmal sind.

Disappointed even after checking a bunch of reviews
Pros:

We (4 people/2 rooms) stayed one night when we first arrived in Ha Noi. Checked in was ok, 10-ish pm at night. Our room was quite warm and we turned on the split AC. It never got cool enough even after I had the young man at the front desk helped me. The shower pressure was poor and the bathroom could be cleaner. We had planned to stay at the same hotel for 3 more nights after our tour but I canceled that reservation and spent couple hours booking another one. The staff was friendly. To me the facility is worn out and less than the represented photos. It needs an update and a good clean. Furthermore, I asked when we checked in if breakfast is included and was told yes. But then we were charged extra for them later.

The Tunger Premium Hotel & Travel exceeded every expectation from the moment we arrived. The location in Hà Nội is absolutely perfect — central, vibrant, and surrounded by everything you could want to explore. A special shoutout must go to receptionists Jack and Tom, whose warm hospitality, local recommendations, and genuine care made us feel like VIP guests throughout our entire stay. The rooms were immaculate, stylishly appointed, and incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing. Breakfast was a highlight each morning — fresh, varied, and served with a smile. We will without a doubt be returning on our next visit to Hanoi and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience at outstanding value.

Excellent location and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and very quick to resolve any issues at occurred. The hotel is also in a great location with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge. I highly recommend Tunger Premium Hotel.

Pros:

The staff we excellent, especially Tom. Room was clean. Location was great.

Cons:

There was construction that was happening in the next building that would start in the early morning interrupting our sleep. After 3 mornings off this and knowing we had a long travel day the next day we requested a room change even though this was not their fault. Tim was immediately responsive and moved us to a sister hotel down the road. He also offered free airport transfer and breakfast.
The interrupted sleep was annoying but the staff response was excellent considering it also was not their fault.
