We had a wonderful stay in decently spacious, clean rooms, but what really stood out was Tom’s exceptional hospitality. Despite a minor hiccup with our airport pickup, Tom went above and beyond the next day by offering us complimentary breakfast for two days to make up for it. It’s rare to find such proactive service! The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the Old Quarter, surrounded by endless shopping and incredible food. Truly the perfect spot for a short stay in Hanoi.

As expected. Very helpful staff. Tom and Alex were very helpful with hints and booking bus to the airport.

Een fijn verblijf midden in het centrum met geweldig personeel , maar een te kleine kamer
Pros:

De lokatie echt midden in t oude centrum van hanoi en toch heel rustig
Op loopafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden was echt top.
Verder heeft t hotel een geweldige staf die je met alles vriendelijk vooruit helpt , met name Tom , Jack en Alex waren zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Een taxi naar t vliegveld werd voor een zeer voordelige prijs geregeld door Tom.

Cons:

Wat mij tegenviel was de oppervlakte van de kamer . Ik had een junior suite op de 8e etage . Volgens de beschrijving was die 20 vierkante meter, maar dat klopt absoluut niet, de kamer is niet groter dan 12,3 vierkante meter en de foto's op de site zijn zeer gunstig genomen zodat de oppervlakte groter lijkt . Tel je het balcon mee dan kom je wel op de 20 vierkante meter , maar een balkon is geen kamer!!

The location is fantastic ! The room we stayed has a balcony looking over an interesting croasroad. The towels are clean and smell very nice. The manager, Tom, was very helpful. He took care of the customers and made sure they have enjoyable stay in the hotel. He gave suggestions on guided tours too.
The day we left, it's very early and Tom offered our breakfast packed very efficiently. Besides, our lugguages were well looked after too. A great thankyou to Tom and all his staff, including Jack.

Amazing Staff
Pros:

My favorite part of my stay was the staff. They are extremely helpful especially Alex. They were accommodating and understanding when checking in. I do appreciate all of the staff members making sure we were comfortable and greetings us every time we leave and come back. The location is in walking distance to the lake and the shopping area. Overall, for the the price, I would come back.
