Понравился дружелюбный персонаж, нам предложили бесплатно апрейд нашей комнаты, так как были свободные места. Я отдал свои ключи от машины и мою машину парковщик увез на стоянку, не нужно было искать парковку

I was upgraded to a new room and paid 1.500.000 and the staff told us it was free and then proceeded to ask for our card
Pros:

It is really convenient because its close to the nearby shops, restau and some tourist spots.

Cons:

It is very frank. You pay what you actually needed.

Pros:

The staff at reception were really nice and helpful. We booked the room only and they offered the complimentary breakfast. They kept our luggage till we came back from Ninh Bhin and Halong.

Great location noisy, badly maintained room and bizzare behaviour by receptionist
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful, with one notable exception.
Really good location

Cons:

Room very noisy from traffic on street below and inadequate soundproofing (despite particularly asking for a quiet room)
Door stuck on floor, so very difficult to open and close
Facilities shared with hotel a few doors down, so really just an Annex
Being woken by reception calling very late at night to ask me if I had filled in my feedback survey yet!
