Bathroom can be a bit smelly
The location is good. Near shops and Phamacies. Hosts are very responsive. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Bed are comfortables and the Balcony view is amazing.

What I appreciated most was the sense of security—no signs of anyone entering the room during our stay, our belongings were safe, and the room was clean and peacefully quiet.

The room was clean and comfortable. Overall the decoration was nice.
The location was awful - the road that the hotel is on was not somewhere I would want to walk alone.
An alarm started going off periodically from 1am and did not stop until 2am - after multiple phone calls. All of the phone numbers for the building are out of service and don’t work. We ended up calling the booking. Com number (who did answer and said they would help). We therefore did not go back to sleep until 5am - feeling very unsettled and unnerved.
We ended up leaving as soon as the sun rose which was a shame because the room was fine.
This place is awesome! It's super clean and comfy, perfect for chilling out. They've got a fridge and a burner, which is great if you're planning to stay a while and want to cook your own meals. Plus, you can kick back and watch Netflix whenever you want. It's just a really convenient and relaxing spot to hang out.
At the bottom there's a convenience store and a Vietnamese restaurant. All around are multiple restaurants too (Under 5 minute walk)
Everything was fine. Since I have kids there wasn't much to do around. But that's mostly Makati but to each their own! If you are into nightlife, etc your experience may differ

All of the criteria I am looking for in a staycation condo are present and it even exceeded my expectations. We are privileged to have spent overnight here for our Christmas celebration This place is highly recommended.

The location of the place is near and convenient for me and my family. We stayed there before we headed back abroad. The place is clean and exceptional. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family traveling abroad.
