Pros:

je m'attendais à avoir deux chambres séparées, et au final, le gestionnaire nous a mis à disposition deux chambres qu'il était possible d'isoler du reste par une autre porte dédiée. Ceci nous a permis d'avoir une "suite" à 2 chambres

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup le personnel aux petits soins , la qualité des plats au restaurant et le parc très bien entretenu bravo !

Cons:

En guise d’amélioration : mettre un sur matelas sur les matelas à ressort ; et la disposition de l’offre au petit déjeuner qui manque de logique .

Cons:

Nous avions réservé via Booking avec petit déjeuné inclus. A priori, cela n'était finalement pas inclus. Nous avons dû rajouté 60€ de plus pour 4. Le responsable n'a même pas était capable de faire un geste commercial.
On sentait les ressorts du lits. Je me suis réveillée avec un mal de dos.
Les serviettes ne sont pas de toutes premières jeunesses.
Des poils dans le lits et dans les toilettes.
Une salle de bain digne des années 90. Si vous ne pouvez pas lever la jambe pas la peine de réserver là, se sont des baignoires.
Et je ne comprend pas pourquoi on laisse de la moquette dans les chambre, niveau hygiène et allergie rien de pire!
Bref cher pour le service rendu. Première et dernière pour mon mari et moi. Mes parents avaient déjà eu le même problème sans passer par booking mais directement par l'hôtel.

Tutto bene, ritornerò sicuramente.
Pros:

Posizione tranquilla e rilassante, immerso in un parco bellissimo. Camere confortevoli, pulizia ottima. La colazione è varia e molto valida. Ho cenato nel ristorante adiacente l'hotel ed ho mangiato benissimo. Bravi.

manca un ascensore per accedere ai piani
