Run away from this hotel!
Pros:

The location is close to the convention center and Kigali Heights that you can walk.

Cons:

We stayed for three nights and paid a total of 386 USD, but the services we received did not match what was advertised on the website. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and were charged an additional 50 USD for early check‑in, plus another 10 USD per night because the booking system showed an incorrect number of guests. We explained that the issue came from the booking.com system, and although the staff acknowledged the error, they offered no support beyond saying “sorry.”
We had booked a high‑floor room, but we were given a room on the 2nd floor with a poor view overlooking the roof of another building. During the New Year’s countdown, we could not see any fireworks from our room, and the hotel did not organize any special event. The most disappointing part was the breakfast. There was no buffet as advertised. Instead, we were only allowed to order very limited items, such as two fried eggs (as shown in the photo). When we asked for bacon, we were given just one piece. The way the staff treated us made us feel unwelcome. They did not listen to our concerns and insisted that this was the hotel’s “breakfast package.”
Additionally, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The hot water system did not function properly, and there was no hair dryer, even though it was listed as part of the room facilities on booking.com.

I stayed at this hotel from 24 to 28 November with my friend while attending the Africa Energy Expo, and everything was
Pros:

The property was excellent overall. I especially liked the friendly and professional staff, particularly the security guards at the gate who always greeted us warmly and made us feel safe. The reception and spa teams were also top-notch, and the hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very comfortable

The staff responded to my queries and emails. Thank u Joshua. The hotel is a very short distance to the convention centre. Absolutely safe to walk from & to the venue. Simba shopping centre also a walking distance,just a cross the road from the convention centre.

Cons:

I would like to explore more but time in Kigali was short

Výborne situovaný, moderný, čistý, dobre vybavený hotel pre prácu aj oddych.
Pros:

Hotel je veľmi blízko KCC (kongresové centrum). Hotel ponúka krásnu reštauráciu s výhľadom a výbornou kuchyňou. Izby sú priestranné a čisté. Personál je ochotný a milý. Manažéra hotela vidíte každý deň ako sa so záujmom pohybuje po všetkých priestoroch a preveruje spokojnosť klientov.

Cons:

Pri bazéne je iba jedno lehátko.
Na raňajky by mohla byť aj čerstvá zelenina, syry a údeniny.

Nice stay
Pros:

The Hut is conveniently located centraly close to the convention center and to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a nice view of the hills of Kigali. This is a perfect place for a 1-2 night stop, but I wouldn't stay for a longer stay.

Cons:

The rooms are noisy and lack soundproofing.
