This was our second time visiting this resort. We love the location and amenities. Do your research when booking through VRBO or Airbnb. For our first stay we had a full kitchen and sitting area, with a partial ocean view balcony. I take responsibility for assuming that I was booking a similar room this year. A "studio" is basically a hotel room with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Still very nice, but not what I was expecting. The host was great when we needed more towels and TP.
When booking, I assumed the balcony overlooked the outside (even a street view would have been ok) not the interior courtyard. There was still fresh air, but not what I was expecting.

jai aimé qu'il y avait 3 rouleaux de papier toilettes et 2 boites de mouchoirs dans chaque salle de bain.
il y avait des filtres pour le café et du sel et poivre
il y avait 6 chaises a la table de cuisine, nous avons apprécié, les autres appartement en ont souvent juste 4 chaises.
la télévision ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre de droite.
le bain coulait extrêmement lentement sauf a la température brulante. pour le remplir, on devait le remplir deau brûlante et y ajouté plusieurs bol d'eau froide qu'on prenait dans le lavabo..
la porte de la douche de la chambre de droite est mal ajusté, la porte et la vitre de côté se cogne et la penture fait un bruit énorme...
le séchoir de la chambre de gauche ne fonctionnait pas..
les braquettes qui soutiennent le premier tiroir dans le congélateur sont brisé, ça fait que le tiroir ne tient pas bien et écrase les aliments du 2e tiroir.
il n'y avait pas de passoire pour les pâtes, pas de verres de vin, seulement 2 couteaux pour couper légumes ou steak, alors qu'on est 6 personnes.
il n'y a pas de bouchon pour le lavabo pour retenir l'eau pour faire la vaisselle a la main.
il n'y a pas de linge a vaisselle ni de lavette.
il n'y a pas de balais.
on a du acheté une passoire a pâtes, des plats en plastique avec couvercle, des couteaux à steak, des lavettes, des linges à vaisselle, une planche a découper et un petit balais. Nous avons laissé sur place si ça peut être utile aux prochains occupants.

The location, the beach chair service and the rooftop pool. Staff are so friendly and want to make your day. The views are spectacular, the best thing I’ve seen in a long time. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with toiletries. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Very respectful vibe and a variety of couples, families, groups of friends, etc.
The mini fridge was turned off and it took a while to start up again. Some of the kitchen supplies were missing so definitely communicate to staff so you don’t get charged unfairly.
I love the decor, space, kitchen, bedrooms, staff, and the rooftop heated pool.
If the hotel was literally on the beach and some of the rooms had a beach view.

The location and room were perfect. Staff was friendly.
The hotel fees were higher then what was on the agreement but didn’t know till we got there to check in.
Easy access to beach and having an option of swimming pool were bonus. 24hr gym is very good option especially for Europeans like us whilst you are having jetlag. Comfortable and cozy space, you feel like you are having a holiday at your home. Staff was helpful and Global Rent Apart was always reachable when needed. definitely value for money. Stayed 5 weeks with my family, really enjoyed it. will recommend everyone and visit again at my next convenience
quality of some small appliances. Sound insulation can be improved where the interconnecting rooms are. We had horrible 2 nights due to noisy renters partying next door till 5am in the morning. Parking cost is fortune, so i could not rent a car for the whole period of my stay. I had to well plan and split the rental periods when needed.

Solo un baño para 4 personas. Tuvimos que solicitar más toallas. No había repasadores para ka cocina. Solo nos dejaron 1 rollo de papel toalete para 4 días!! Nos cobraron uss 50. Para hacer el chek inn. Nos pareció excesivo

Je n'aurais jamais réservé dans cet établissement si ces informations avaient été affichées au préalable.
Chaise cassée; une seule prise USB en plus cassée; service inexistant, juste bon à faire payer; WC cassé; balcon dégueulasse; pas de ménage; pas de changement de serviettes...etc....
La estadía contó con camas cómodas, cerca a la playa. Prestan el servicio de sillas y toallas en piscina y playa,(no está incluido en el precio pago por booking es un costo adicional por día y será cargado a tu tarjeta.uses o no de esos servicios.
La sala y comedor están muy desgastados por el uso.
