We stayed one night, and our room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was great, as was breakfast. The staff we met were all very helpful and friendly.

I thought booking.com was supposed to be cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. Turns out booking directly would

Overall a good hotel, new nice and clean
Pros:

New hotel, very clean. The room was spacious (we stayed at the King suite room)

Cons:

Half of the sheets are synthetic and not cotton (I saw the sparks in the dark). Also just sheets instead of a proper duvet cover was super uncomfortable.
I requested in my reservation note to make the sofa bed kit I got the responses only that they “keep extra sheets and blankets in the room for guests”.
The breakfast was mediocre, mostly bread or waffles, no eggs or sausage.

Big clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. There were several restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There was a power outage for several hours, no fault of the property. Heavy rain storm
