The staff were super friendly, and the property was clean.

Cons:

The design and engineering was very poor. My room was directly above the fire pit out front, and there were guests hanging out and shouting until 11:30pm. Those same guests left their kids unattended throughout the hotel. They were screaming and running through the hallways at 7am, and 11pm. Though the extremely rude and inconsiderate parents are not the hotels fault, the non-existent noise cancellation/barriers are. For the price I paid and the distance travelled, I wish I had gotten to sleep in the comfort of my hotel room.

The possibilities were good but reality of stay horrendous.
Pros:

Breakfast great, facilities great.

Cons:

We were told one facility closed by front desk when in fact they could have accommodated us if we had asked for service at front desk. Staff let a party on the patio proceed to get more noisy and intrusive well past most noise allowance. Could not get any sleep. Directions to hotel off link sent us way off the mark.

Very comfortable suite , great location.

Very comfortable suite. Kitchenette good , bed very comfortable. Large fridge freezer. Location good.,

Cons:

Housekeeping is not done daily which seems very unusual. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The lovely staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a large room with kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed (including soaps, shampoos and washing-up liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets etc.) The gym and pool were a bonus! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and amenable to extra requests, entire building was clean, and the pool and fitness centre were a very nice touch.

Cons:

The location is good if you're staying overnight off the highway, but it isn't very close to downtown, where I needed to be.
