Заселили быстро, цена адекватная
Шумоизоляция в номерах на первом этаже плохая. Со входной двери с раннего утра слышно как включают воду в бассейне и очень много китайских туристов, которых очень хорошо слышно в номере
Not too bad but better toasting facilities and selection of breads would be attractive for those only wanting tea and toast for breakfast.

The bed and pillow were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. The room itself was clean, and the layout was really great. We watched the black squirrels jumping around the trees from our balcony. It was really lovely.

Все пишут про ушатанный отель, это неправда. Отель 2012 года, он просто старый. Если люди, которые пишут плохие отзывы, не читают предыдущие и не изучают отели на карте, а потом пишут, что отель плохой, ожидая уровень Кемпински (который в 3 раза дороже), то это их проблемы.Да, отель не новый, оттого и цена приятнее. Остальные отели в этой же локации стоят в 2-3 раза дороже, но они новые. Сейчас отель реставрируют, потихоньку, отдыху не мешает. По сервису и завтракам понятно, что отель хороший. Завтраки супер, огромный выбор всего, на станции выбор яиц большой (такого нет в сетевых отелях типа Holiday Inn например), суши, фрукты, азитская кухня, европейская, десерты, в общем, отлично. Персонал приветливый, оставьте немного чаевых для клининга и сервис станет еще лучше:) В номере есть доска, утюг, халаты, тапочки, полотенца для бассейна выдаются, сейф. Комната и ванная огромные. Людей мало было в январе. В общем, жить на Нуса Дуа можно и не переплачивая, получая хороший сервис. Рекомендуем.

Closed to beautiful beaches in Nusa Dua, amazing breakfast, very big swimming pool restaurants very nice people always here to help you - laundry service and assistance to plan day trips if you need ;) they prepared me at 5am a breakfast box when I was going to Nusa Penida taking early boat trip - very helpful and flexible for your stay to be great !! Thanks again ;) highly recommended
My sister and I spent just over a week at Vouk and had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed—special thanks to Rizal, the porter, whose friendly greeting set the tone. Every member of the team, from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast staff, was consistently kind and helpful.
We loved starting our days with laps in the pool or simply unwinding by the water, and we made good use of the gym as well. The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of options, and our room was always spotless and comfortable.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning soon!
Everything was fantastic. If I could offer one small suggestion for breakfast, it would be to include alternative milk options—such as oat, soy, or almond milk—for coffee, muesli, and dried fruits. Just a minor enhancement that could make an already great experience even better.
