Bin la navette ne vous rammenent pas en ville de nusa dua elle vous rammenent a bali collection un attrape touristes a eux tres cher je vous conseilles de marcher du vouk en sortant de lhotel a gauche tout droit vous arrivez au centre ville le il y a des restau pas cher et le change minimum 20300 pas en dessous

Location wasn't the best but that's just nusa dua in general, mostly resorts and not much in between. Filtered water was hard to find so had to buy bottled water for our stay
Great bed, cleaned and serviced daily. Great breakfast options and you could get a real latte with breakfast if requested. Easy to get around and a convenience shop nearby
The air conditioning was freezing. It could not be controlled at control switch and basically had hoodies on when in room.

The rooms needed a bit of refurbishment, 2 of our plugs needed repaired as they were hanging out of the wall. The staff quickly sorted them out for us.
The location is very convenient. The breakfast is good and offers a decent variety. However, the fruit runs out quickly and isn't always replenished promptly. Overall, the hotel is nice, but it feels quite dated and would really benefit from a renovation.
