Pros:

Great location with metro infront of hotel, easy access by metro to tourist attractions. Great service from concierge staff Dennis who is ever ready to provide directions for us to get around.

Location is great within walking distance to metro and underground food and mall

Room have 3 pin plug head that is super good that no need travel adapter for conversion.

Wifi can be used on YouTube, WhatsApp

Cons:

Not sure if is it our room type , there are No bidet nor hand sprayer in room.

Pros:

Loved it. The executive Lounge is a must! Thanks to the lovely people working there. Service in general is excellent.

Cons:

Location (Finance-District) wouldn‘t choose this location again - Nanshan is better in my opinion.
