Großartige Lage und Personal, aber der mangelnde Zustand und die fehlende Hygiene des Hotels hätten den Aufenthalt erheb
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet – zentral gelegen und perfekt erreichbar. Von dort aus konnten wir bequem mit dem Fahrrad ins Stadtzentrum fahren und hatten Zugang zu sehr guten Restaurants und Essensangeboten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider war der Gesamtzustand des Hotels sehr vernachlässigt und veraltet. Die Zimmer und Flure waren in einem bedauernswerten Zustand: schmutzige Wände, abgesplitterte Spiegel und dreckige/zerrissene Gardinen. Die Hygiene war besonders besorgniserregend – die Mülleimer auf der Toilette waren unhygienisch und ranzig, die Dusche war verstopft. Zudem hatten der Teppich ein großen Fleck. Es wirkt, als würde das Hotel dringend eine umfassende Renovierung und intensivere Reinigung benötigen. Unter einem 5 Sterne Hotel stelle ich mir erfahrungsgemäß andere Bedingungen vor.

Good stay but disappointed with no bidet in bathroom
Pros:

Staff Mani at club lounge was very helpful and excellent.

Cons:

We booked this hotel because it specified there was bidet but when we went then there was no bidet in the room which was quiet disappointing

Unbelievable stay and comfortable
Pros:

Location is the best just by the metro with five lines in one station,
Executive lounge was worth the money by the way everything was great,the room was huge with wall to wall glass windows easy light comes . Breakfast buffet had variety you cannot come out empty
The staff in general were kind and helpful.
The robot room services were entertaining most guests.

Die Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Für die Nutzung des Pools sind Badehauben Pflicht und müssen am Eingang zum Pool gekauft werden.
Das Personal im Spa spricht kein Englisch und versteht nicht mal ein Wort.
Die Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
