Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen aber feinem Zimmer. Klimaanlage, Handtücher und Föhn gehören wie ein gemütliches Bett zur Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war besonders angenehm. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Fitnessraum und der Pool haben mir gut gefallen. Ebenso die Aussicht von der 13. Etage

My stay was all perfect! From a comfortable room and cozy bed in a super nice and clean apartment, and lovely hosts to an authentic neighbourhood. The host was so friendly and very responsive when messaging, much appreciated. I got all info I needed in advance and whenever I needed some advice on how to get around, always very helpful. The description given on booking is very accurate, but just to mention: the residence has a pool, gym and skygarden amongst other facilities which I was able to use - this really made my stay amazing. From the skygarden on 33th floor and also from the pool you have stunning views over the city - especially in the dark a cool spot to enjoy the lights over KL.

This place was great! Abhi and his wife are lovely and the apartment is super cozy and nice! The room is simple and comfortable and the facilities in the apartment building are top notch! Will be staying again if im back in KL!

I had a very comfortable stay at Rica Residence, Sentul, and I’d like to thank the host for being extremely supportive and responsive throughout my visit.
From the very beginning, communication was smooth. The host promptly provided clear instructions for self check-in, including detailed directions from the airport (via taxi, metro, or bus) and step-by-step guidance once I reached the property. This made my arrival stress-free.
The check-in process was well organized. I appreciated the pictures and instructions that made it easy to find the entrance, mailbox, and unit. The host also shared a visitor QR code in advance in case security asked, which was very helpful.
The apartment itself was neat and comfortable. Wifi was reliable, and amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and Sky Garden were an added bonus. I was also allowed to use the washing machine, which made my longer journey more convenient.
What stood out most was the host’s hospitality. They patiently guided me when I had questions, promptly came downstairs to assist me upon arrival, and kindly accommodated a late checkout when I felt unwell. Their friendly and gracious attitude made me feel at home.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay with a very caring host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, especially if you value clear communication, comfort, and thoughtful hosting

I really enjoyed my stay here. Abi is a really nice guy, he's friendly and very helpful but mostly just leaves you to do your own thing. The room itself is comfortable and very clean, and the apartment block has a pool and a rooftop with places to sit and relax and admire the view of the city. The location is great too, close to public transport which allows you to go most places in the city pretty easily.

The host was very kind and friendly.... also flexible with check in and check out.
He was open to letting me use some of his things if needed which was quite handy.

Host is very good and helpful guy! The stay was really enjoyable for me. It was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool with sauna was really 10/10. A location a little bit far from the center, but for me it’s okay for those price that i paid, because i like walking a lot. Thank you!

There is a swimming pool at the 8th floor and the 33rd floor has a great view of KL

Good shared apartments in a modern building with a swimming pool and gym.
Room and shower were clean, had everything needed for a short/long term stay.
There is a kitchen and washing machine (haven't used, but still nice to have).
The owner provided all needed information for a smooth check-in / check-out.
Recommend.

- the flat is in a modern gated community.
- view is amazing from the flat 12th floor.
- bed is comfortable, sheets are washed.
- the sky garden at 33 floors is great with a glass floor bridge 😬.
- infinity pool is 5 star. Great time overlooking twin towers and KL.
- price is best value for money in KL. I planned to stay for a week but I extended my stay.

Comfortable room (in shared flat), working AC, working WiFi. Great pool area which is also nice to get some work done.
Excellent communication with the host, I will stay again if there’s vacancy on my next trip to KL.

The building: very luxurious, incredible swimming pool, the view,.. the owner is very helpful and available which is a big plus.
