Excellent
Pros:

Quiet & serenity on point..
Estate supermarket so no issues on food

Cons:

It's kinda far from the estate entrance, so ensure you're on wheels

Pros:

The staff of Auxano Apartment were very cordial and respectful. Note Bilak luxury Apartment &Homes Ltd took me to as Bilak never had any apartment as claimed. They do like 3rd party that gets clients and look out for apartment to take them to. This not nice as it appers they were not properly profiled.

Cons:

Bilak fails to fufil what the reservations was for 2 and with breakfast. They keep having problems with Auxano Apartment. Bilak refused to give me breakfast even on the last day. My experience with Bilak was very horrible. It is not what they claimed they are on Booking.com. Booking.com should delist them from thier profile not spoil the good work of booking.com

It was ok honestly not a bad place to stay
Pros:

Clam environment and the areas was nice

Cons:

Light issues, having to off either the fridge or Ac sometimes, the generator couldn’t carry all appliances in the building ,
Also the public transport system in the estate was not convenient if your new to Nigeria or Abuja but with time you will figure it out

It was ok
Pros:

The environment is calm, which makes you mentally clam as well

Cons:

Light issues but not all the time (the host did their best, (the generator wasn’t able to carry all the appliances in my room so I have turn off something when using generator

Great location, but the service needs improvement to make the hotel more hospitable.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The Air-condition in my room didn't work and my toilet was not flushing. TV wasn't even powered in my room.
