Sehr schöner Badebereich mit Sauna und carbonated spring bath Becken und white water bath Becken.
Zimmer sind absolut nur zum Schlafen
The location was great and the spa was okay.
The corridor and rooms smelt so bad, staff barely spoke english, had to leave the key at reception and constantly chec k in/out, there was no shower in the bathroom on floor 3, you were expected to shower in the basement onsen.

Sauna
For some costumers it might be unexpected that there are no private showers, only the Sauna shower
Spa facility is amazing
The room was very tiny with shared bathroom.it was quite expensive
Location (close to Roppongi, Omotesando, Shibuya)
Gym
Tattoo forbidden
No shower (even shared) you have to go to the onsen in the basement (so naked in front of everyone), and not really a warm place at all
Room quite noisy
The pros: I loved the amenities and services this hotel provides. I do recommend trying out the rock sauna and the other clothes sauna, even if it is charged extra. The carbonated bath was also a joy.
The cons: The construction is very poor. I don't mind small rooms, the bed comfort was ok-ish, but the rooms feel way too bright because the window isn't dimmed enough even with blackout curtains and the door has big gaps in which the hallway light constantly floods in. Also, the walls are so thin that I unintentionally disturbed other guests by havign a conversation on my phone (I do talk loud, but I wasn't screaming).
Quiet stay & amazing spa
Great bath and hot sauna. Nice gym also.
No windows in the room which I stayed in.
Was presented well.
I assume it must cater to locals.
Liked the Egyptian references and the carpet was cool.
No bathroom on the top floor where the rooms are. Have to go down to the basement spa if you need to have a shower.
Feels unhygienic once you take your shoes off at the door, I wore my socks as they did not supply slippers and I wasn’t allowed to wear my own sandals as they thought they were from outside.
Felt trapped as I had to check in/out each time I left the building - became very time consuming for a quick step outside for fresh air.
The business is happy to advertise on booking.com in English, yet their staff only knew a few words and seemed frustrated I was a foreigner.
Worst thing was the stale/water/mould smell on the top floor where the rooms were - it really hits you as you step out of the lift. I’m feeling ill now and worried it is from after my short stay.
Bed linen had marks all over and worried it had not been changed for some time. The room was very basic.
Bathroom was nice
Too much traffic noise, couldn't sleep
The spa was so good
No Apple Pay to pay for reservation on arrival
The wifi is okay
- dirty sheets
- thin walls (I could hear everything from the room next to mine, even farts)
- no private shower, you are FORCED to go to the public bath and stand naked in front of everyone if you want just a quick shower
- no private bathroom (and no sink to brush your teeth. Again, you are forced to go downstairs to the public bathroom and brush your teeth among other naked people. Also you cannot wash your hands after you pee because NO SINK IN THE BATHROOM!)
- cannot eat inside your room. You are forced to eat out.
