L’établissement est agréable mais le logement n1 est à éviter absolument
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre est un vrai atout, très bien situé et dans une rue relativement calme.

Cons:

Heureusement que la rue est relativement calme car l’insonorisation n’est vraiment pas bonne. Nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dehors. De plus notre logement sentait fort les remontées d’égouts de la salle de bain et le problème était connu des propriétaires puisqu’une prise « sent bon » était installé. Dommage de ne pas nous avoir prévenu où nous avoir proposé une autre chambre, c’était fort désagréable.

Pros:

Apartmán bol veľmi príjemný, krásny a čistý. Lokalita bola úplne top – všetko sme mali blízko. Personál bol veľmi milý a vždy nám ochotne odpísal, keď sme niečo potrebovali. Ak budeme mať opäť možnosť navštíviť Malagu, určite si toto ubytovanie vyberieme znova.

Предлагаю в кухне добавить элементарные мелочи, такие как чай, кофе, да и посудное полотенце тоже всегда нужно.

Do 15 minút peši sa dostanete skoro všade v historickom centre Malagy

Pred príchodom treba fotiť doklad totožnosti cez ich stránku… prišlo mi to zvláštne ale nakoniec to prebehlo všetko v poriadku

Authentic Spanish apartment
Pros:

Authentic Spanish apartment. Lovely entrance decorated with Spanish tiles. Very compact but well set out. Well equipped kitchen including washing machine. Good location as just a short stroll to centre of old town. Excellent base and good value. Would recommend for a short stay.

Cons:

Quite dark with no natural light and the bathroom did smell of drains. Having said that you don’t spend a lot of time in the room.

Dobra lokalizacja z ukrytymi mankamentami
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum, dobre wyposażenie pokoju, kapcie dla gości.
Czułam się bezpiecznie.
Ciekawy wystrój, choć zdarte tapety były niefajne.
Klimatyzacja, którą można również ogrzać pomieszczenie.

Cons:

Brak okien na zewnątrz - klimat piwnicy.
Brak możliwości wywietrzenia mieszkania.
Brak wentylacji w łazience.

Empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt in sauberer kleiner Wohnung nahe der Altstadt
Pros:

Es war sauber, hell und top gelegen.
Ich war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Als Alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich auch in der Lage sehr sicher gefühlt.
In der Wohnung gab es auch alles was man benötigte. Sogar 3 Kapseln für die Dolche Gusto Kaffeemaschine.
Aber auch ein Geschirr Besteck und Spülutensilien.
Das Bett war bequem und sauber.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß aber mit allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Also das einzig Negative, wenn man wirklich sucht, ist, dass kein Küchenhandtuch da war.

I am unfortunately not satisfied with my stay due to several issues that occurred during our visit.

First of all, the staff entered our room without our permission. After we pointed this out, it happened again, which is quite concerning. We had personal belongings such as money (the safe did not work) and a laptop left in the room, and entering without notice is simply unacceptable.

There were also several maintenance problems. The shower was clogged, something that should have been noticed during regular cleaning. The hot water lasted only a few minutes before turning cold. The hair dryer broke and we had to wait two days for resolving this matter. Additionally, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell during the entire stay, and the odor spread into the room as well.

Noise was another major problem. There was constant noise both from outside and inside the building. People were shouting under the windows at night - the sound insulation in the apartment is very poor - we could hear almost everything happening in the building.

The bedroom shutters didn't work properly - you couldn't open the window because the shutters would close it.

Cleanliness also needs improvement. For example, the lamps had a noticeable amount of dust on them.

Communication with the host was also confusing. When we asked about the possibility of an earlier check-in, we received several identical automated messages. After pointing this out, we were informed that the apartment would not be ready before 3 pm. However, when we arrived, the apartment was already ready (two hours earlier). Throughout the stay it was difficult to tell whether we were communicating with a real person or just receiving automated responses.

Overall, the stay involved too many inconveniences and the experience was disappointing.
