Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch das Frühstück war gut und bot eine angenehme Auswahl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal im Frühstückscafé, das sehr nett und hilfsbereit war.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige Mängel im Zimmer. Es war durchgehend sehr kalt, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise wurde das Problem nicht behoben, wir wurden lediglich vertröstet. Zusätzlich war der Wasserhahn undicht, wodurch das Badezimmer regelmäßig nass war.

Okay for a couple of days (I was there 6 nights)
Pros:

The location was very good as it was within walking distance of most things I wanted to see. The room was at the back of the building and mostly quiet. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well.

Cons:

Room 2-6 seems like a work in progress (the ceiling was partly finished/partly open to beams). Wooden panels on windows need to stay closed or else bring in cold draft into what is already a cold apartment. So the room was dark. The Heater kept me warm if I was on the bed right below it but otherwise the room was uncomfortably cold.
I had issues with the door key not functioning, and on another day the washing machine would not stop (no instructions on how to use it). Each of these issues took too long to resolve. Including having to leave my room unlocked for several hours. StayUnowue did give me a bottle of wine and one of water to compensate the problems. (The same courtesy was a welcome gift in one of their Sevilla suites.) And, finally renters are expected to take out their waste.

Delizioso appartamento vicino alla casa museo di Picasso, all' interno di un edificio con uno splendido patio con maioliche. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo, per usare il lavandino bisogna chiudere la porta. Inoltre per la prima volta da quando viaggio,e di viaggi ne ho fatti parecchi, mi è stato chiesto un pagamento qualora avessi voluto anticipare il check in di qualche ora ( e non parliamo di cifre irrisorie)

Séjour de 5 nuits pour visiter Malaga et sa région
Pros:

Studio bien decoré et aménagé dans une demeure historique,proche du centre de Malaga avec commerces à proximité.

Cons:

Manque de lumière naturelle,studio au rez de chaussée avec 2 ouvertures une sur un patio sombre et l'autre sur une petite cour fermée.Pour c'est le seul défaut de cette location.

La décoration Andalouse , le confort et la propreté

Cons:

Attention certaines chambres ont des fenêtres qui donnent sur un petit patio!!
Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un établissement a 500m, très frugal! C'est vraiment pas pratique
Tout est automatique, nous n'avons vu aucun personnel!

Very comfotable, relaxing and calm, we loved the location!
Pros:

We enjoyed the fully equiped kitchen and a possibility to use a loundry mashine, very useful while traveling with kid.

Cons:

Personally didn`t find the pillows very comfotable, but it didn' t affect the quality of our staying in the hotel.

Fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Het appartement was prachtig en heeft alle faciliteiten die je maar kan bedenken, van föhn tot strijkplank en van keuken met apparatuur tot flatscreen tv. Er is geen receptie of personeel, maar nadat we hadden gemeld dat een stopcontact los uit de muur hing is dit snel opgepakt en opgelost.

Cons:

In de smalle straat waar het appartement ligt is 's avonds veel overlast van daklozen, wat niet prettig was bij het thuis komen. Het appartement is ook erg gehorig.

For a great local feel, this has been one of our favourite places to stay in Malaga.
Pros:

Great location, quiet residential street, felt as if we were locals yet everything (shops, restaurants, etc) very close by. Loved the tiles and decor of the apartment and inside the whole building; enough provided in kitchen for basic food prep (we cooked a breakfast every morning), lots of fridge space; wooden shutters on windows effective in blocking or letting in light. Slept well! Excellent communication throughout our stay.

Cons:

Absolutely part of the period charm, but may be worth mentioning tiled floors + heavy wooden doors means you can hear when someone comes and goes. We were forewarned about this as part of the property information so not a surprise, just mentioning it as a feature. Appreciated the ‘quiet hours’ requested by the property!
