الفندق ممتاز كخدمة وموقع للتسوق، لكن يحتاج مراجعة دقيقة لجودة العزل وراحة المراتب عشان يكتمل التميز
Pros:

طاقم العمل: موظفين الاستقبال تعاملهم كان متميز وراقي جداً.
الخدمة: إجراءات الدخول والخروج كانت سريعة وسلسة.
الموقع: خيالي للي يحب التسوق؛ الفندق متصل مباشرة بالمول، وهذا الشيء يفك أزمة خاصة في الصيف وحرارته، ما تحتاج تطلع أبداً.
المواقف: متوفرة ومريحة، ما واجهت أي صعوبة في الحصول على موقف طوال فترة إقامتي.

Cons:

العزل: العزل بين الغرف سيء جداً؛ تسمع كل شي في الغرفة اللي جنبك بوضوح (حتى سواليف اللي جنبي كانت واصلة لي بوضوح). أتوقع المشكلة في زجاج الواجهة، مو متصل تماماً بالغرفة، وهذا مسبب تسريب للصوت.
السرير: مع أن الفندق مجدد، لكن المرتبة تعبانة وتطلع أصوات إذا تحركت. لو نومك خفيف، بتتعب جداً لأنك كل ما قلبت بتصحى.
الإطلالة: نصيحة، حاول تحجز غرف على البحر؛ لأن الواجهة الثانية إطلالتها سيئة، غالباً بتشوف مكيفات المول قدامك.
الموقع (خارجياً): لا تغرّك الخريطة وتتوقع البحر قريب؛ المسافة في الصيف مو سهلة أبداً والمشي فيها متعب.

للاسف لم يكن مطل على البحر بل مطل على الدانوب 🤦🏻‍♂️

نظافة المكان و موقعه بوسط ردسي موول فقط

Cons:

اولاً مطل على البحر و بيني و بين البحر شارعين و اكثر من 700 متر على الاقل ، و الدور الاول مطل على الدانوب و المواقف فقط ، ثانياً Check in من الساعة 2 عندهم دخلوني الساعة 3:30 ثالثاً غرفتي جنب عمال تنظيف الغرف بالضبط و اصواتهم و الله كانت مزعجة بالممرات و صوت الباب لما يقفل بالغرف اللي حولي كأنه باب غرفتي ، رابعاً و اخيراً للاسف ثوب فقط و غسيل عادي و كوي و ليس مستعجل لم يخبرني بأن قيمة الخدمة قدرها 48 ريال الا عند التسليم لي و للاسف
