Hospitality
Cleanliness of the room. There was a lash that was left from previous guests. Also, blood stain on the curtains. Seeing this made me question the overall cleanliness of the place

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Red Sea Mall with plenty of great shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and professional, and both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Special thanks to Lama at reception for making my early check-in possible and ensuring a fast check-in process. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
