واجهت عدة ملاحظات غير مرضية أثناء إقامتي في الفندق أولها ضعف شديد في قوة دفع المياه داخل الغرفة كما أن السخان لم يكن مستقرا حيث تتغير درجة حرارة الماء من الساخن إلى البارد بشكل مفاجئ دون أي تدخل مني وهذا أمر مزعج خصوصا أثناء الاستحمام

كما أن هناك ملاحظة أكثر حساسية تتعلق بالخصوصية حيث قمت بإيقاف سيارتي في خدمة الفاليت وعند عودتي لاحقا وجدت أحد السائقين أو المسؤولين عن المواقف داخل سيارتي ويقوم بتصويرها من الداخل وهذا التصرف غير مقبول إطلاقا وليس من حق أي موظف الدخول إلى مركبة الضيف أو تصويرها دون إذن

آمل من إدارة الفندق مراجعة هذه الملاحظات ومعالجتها بشكل جدي حفاظا على مستوى الخدمة واحترام خصوصية النزلاء
