Pros:

I was turned away from the hotel as I am a foreigner. Although my booking was accepted, I was not allowed to stay

Overall excellent and worth every rupee
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Water supply was regular in the bathrooms. The staff were very gracious and professional on all my requests. The breakfast was appetizing and delicious.

Cons:

The tables/chairs in the breakfast area were dusty and need through cleaning. The location of this hotel was very difficult to find and navigate for transportation services
