Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid at All Costs

My experience at Treebo Diamond Residency - DDPK Inn was absolutely terrible and far below any acceptable standard.

Starting with the basics, the washroom was in pathetic condition. The locks were broken, and shockingly, there was no geyser at all, meaning no hot water facility whatsoever. This is a fundamental amenity, and its absence is completely unacceptable.

The room itself was small, cramped, and poorly maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall sleep quality was terrible. When we requested extra bedding, we were given dirty, unhygienic mattresses, which clearly had not been cleaned or maintained.

Safety was another concern — the room door lock was of very poor quality, making us feel insecure throughout the stay.

The hotel also failed on the food front. Despite what is advertised online, there was no breakfast available at all, which feels like a complete scam. Even basic items like sauces or simple accompaniments were missing. Overall, food availability was either poor or non-existent.

The location is highly inconvenient, situated deep inside narrow lanes and far from the city center, making commuting difficult.

On top of everything, the overall hygiene of the property was extremely poor, and it did not feel like a place suitable for guests.

Overall excellent and worth every rupee
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Water supply was regular in the bathrooms. The staff were very gracious and professional on all my requests. The breakfast was appetizing and delicious.

Cons:

The tables/chairs in the breakfast area were dusty and need through cleaning. The location of this hotel was very difficult to find and navigate for transportation services
