An excellent hotel, clean and practical.
Pros:

The hotel is a little gem in the middle of Northern Ireland. The breakfast was excellent. Ample parking and a very friendly staff.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Accessible poor, no ramps, room needs updated. Shower over bath. Staff saw my husband struggling walking yet none suggested helping or putting out a ramp. At checkout wasn't asked if we enjoyed our stay.

Good price for the time of year,clean,very friendly, very comfortable
Pros:

I had a Christmas lunch in tempo to attend at 13.30,I arrived at the hotel at 12.30,the hotel was very accommodating and had my room ready by 13.00 at no extra cost,not alot of hotels would be so kind,room was perfect,as I was out I never had a chance to try the restaurant, but on returning the food looked excellent, breakfast was very good,would stay here again, definitely recommend this hotel

Valley Hotel
Pros:

Room clean and comfortable. Food lovely but wish they offered smaller portions (my husband and I never able to finish a meal).
Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Having mobility problems I found the stairs quite hard to negotiate. I know there was only 3 or 4 steps but I still found it difficult to use them.
