Pros:

Zimmer: Sanitäranlagen katastrophal. TV sehr schlechten Empfang. Strand sehr schön. Essen ausreichend.
Alles in allem das Hotel ist in den Jahre gekommen, komplett Renovierung von Nöten ‼️

Honestly, the only thing I liked about this hotel was that it was right on a beautiful beach. The bathroom was very smal

I liked the beach. The bed was comfortable. The food was good for the most part. Some staff were friendly. Head of security, Terence was great and vey hospitable.

Cons:

The hotel manager Terence and his assistant should not be employed by the hotel as they have no people skills and are despicable. I was injured badly at the hotel. l. The manager did nothing that he said he would. Neither did his assistant

A clean room, decent food, beach and a frozen drink then this it. They are trying

Check in was easy. Room was clean very close to beach and beds were comfortable. Be sure to bring your own water bottle. Grocery store is very close if need to get something.

Cons:

I did not like that the air conditioning worked for about 12 hours in 5 days. When you shower the water does not stay in shower you have a flooded bathroom. The toilet seat was so cheap and didn't fit the toilet. Our bathroom door was broken. You are not provided water bottles-Be sure to bring your own

Overall, we spent a wonderful Christmas at Jolly Beach, but there are areas for improvement.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located practically on the beach. Peaceful with a nice long stretch of sand making a leisurely walk a worthwhile activity. The food options at the hotel were excellent with lots to choose from. Also, the meals were tasty, especially the succulent BBQ ribs on Christmas night ~wow!!! The entertainment was nice, especially the live steelpan music whilst having breakfast on Christmas morning was lovely. Additionally, on Christmas night the DJ was fantastic ~we danced a lot!!!

Cons:

There is no WIFI in the room. This was a great inconvenience for us. It seems like the wifi was only strong in the lobby area. It was difficult to get any signal in the restaurant and bar areas. Also, check in was slow with scanning of QR code and filling in details using personal mobile phone on arrival. That was a turn off. Room was not ready on time either. Had to wait too long. On arrival at the room, at least a bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice. The fridge was empty, considering it was an All Inclusive hotel. We had to buy bottle water at the nearby shop on the beach. Another thing that made my stay uncomfortable was the air conditioned unit that was directly over the bed which I found annoying as it dripped water on head and kept disturbing my sleep.

All the food was great - traditional but catered for others, the location made the resort - right on the sea and the staff were so lovely
