Pros:

The customer service was amazing!! We had a divine luxurious room. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff could not have been nicer. My parents got married in this hotel many years ago , so this experience was extra special.

Love the staff , their friendlies, and amazing welcome . Kenny at front of house was exceptional. Checked in with me a few days before as there were 11 of us coming. Rooms are well decorated cosy and warm, especially on a winters night.
