Pros:

Room, facilities and staff were excellent.

Cons:

Noise from room next door woke us for a long period during the night. Staff dealt with it as much as they possibly could and were swift to act, but still impacted our stay unfortunately.

Discount applied on checkout was appreciated.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, from the men and women in reception, to the young staff in the dining room, to the hreakfadt manager and cleaning staff...all lovely

Cons:

The room was very cold with no heat coming from the radiators. Once we rang reception a young lad came up immediately with a portable radiator and thst worked fine to heat up the room until they sorted the heating.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great views and the food was great.

Cons:

My room was pretty cold, the radiators were on but bathroom window let all the heat out which made whole room cold.

Great location next to the lake, friendly staff and lovely breakfast
Pros:

Great location next to the lake with really friendly staff. The manager at the reception at really helpful. Our room with lake view was really comfortable and nice. Breakfast was really nice.

Cons:

The leisure center is due an upgrade and doesn’t feel clean. As it’s also used by non hotel guests, it’s not exactly a relaxing space, but it is nice for kids.

Pros:

The scenery was really lovely with the lake view
The leasure centre and gym were very much in use by the public but it was reasonable and I could get on the machines etc steam and sauna were available and were snall a bit old but very ..OK
The changing rooms were just ok, quite a small area with no real privacy... but again, it was not a problem. I had Herefird steak...it was extremely good!!! Great service also

Cons:

I liked all of it but I felt the measurement centre could do with some tlc as it felt a bit dated ...but wholly ok the pool was being used by children swim club till 7pm when I went.

fantastic 5 star stay
Pros:

quick check in and check out.Clean and large room with fantastic view. Loved swimming pool, jacuzzi,sauna clean towels provided. Location is beautiful nice walk by the lake. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and staff very polite and helpfull.
