Beautiful hotel. Lovely grounds. Walking distance to the town... Leisure Centre lovely also. Bar food was lovely.
Issues with payments!!!
Broken shower scorching water only... couldn't use!
Staff unbelievable in all areas of hotel. Room and food excellent.
The only thing we missed is a proper bar in evening to sit for a drink rather than in where we were eating.
Kamer is ruim en schoon er staat een tafel met comfortabele stoelen. Ontbijt was meer dan uitstekend.

1 persoons bed was naar onze mening een beetje smal.

There was really a comfortable bar area to sit in, you had to sit in the reception area unless you were going to sit down and have a meal

The soap dispensers are too high to reach and an extra shower holder bracket
higher up would really work if the rain shower wasn't suitable...
I just love the hotel in general. I come here a lot with my family .On this occasion, it was with a good friend of mine the food in the bar was great and the breakfast is always something to look forward to. Thanks again.

Stain on pillow case. Small Tear on side of bed quilt. Bathroom.door not closing properly. Plug in bath was stuck and needed fixing.. expected a higher.standard for the cost

Das Frühstück könnte ein Update vertragen. Auch die Einrichtung im Frühstücksraum ist nicht sehr gemütlich...eher zweckerfüllend...

Das Zimmer (wir haben aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme ein Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen) war riesig, trotzdem gemütlich und alles war sehr sauber.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich!

We had an excellent stay here at the Lakeside Hotel. Unfortunately due to a storm and subsequent power cut, the hotel were having an IT issue and couldn’t check us in immediately. Staff on the desk were very apologetic, and we were offered free drinks while we waited. Due to the delay, we were offered a free upgrade of room.
I mostly say this to outline how the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not affected by an IT issue that was no fault of their own.
On top of that, the hotel has gorgeous facilities, lovely rooms, and breakfast was perfect, with everything you could want. I wouldn’t think twice to stay here again. 5/5 stars!
The only good review is for the Breakfast Manager. He was so nice and helpful. Very professional. Bedroom staff so nice and helpful. Receptionist very hard to understand and not a care in the world. Very abrupt.

Not notified on arrival that a planned power outage was happening. Very unproffessional.
