Not good service .. very disappointed
Pros:

Pool was great location was great

Cons:

Our bathroom wasn’t the best … the duvet to heavy for the warm weather.. it would have been nice to have a top sheet … breakfast the 1st morning wasn’t good .. not enough staff .. had to ask for fresh fruit had to ask for bread for toast had to ask for brown bread… and we were in restaurant for 9.30 so no excuse for bad service… we had 4 rooms with ye in April so it’s not our 1st visit or second or third .. very disappointed this time

I higly recommend this hotel, beautiful view.
Pros:

breakfast was amazing, a lot of options. Room is big and confy.

Cons:

Mattress was not so comfortable, and pillow as well bit hard and high.

Lovely pool area
Pros:

Pool area was brilliant and the staff in this hotel are amazing. Food was also very good

Cons:

The rooms could do with a little work in particular the bathrooms, there was tape on the floor which I assume was covering cracks or something. The toilet seat was loose in the family room and the cushion had a stain, but these are all small things

Beautiful hotel and grounds
Pros:

We paid the extra for a lake side room and it was absolutely beautiful. Luckily the weather was fab and we were able to enjoy the outdoor seating. The hotel itself and the grounds are breath taking.

Cons:

I would have loved the opportunity of a spa treatment but I still can not fault the hotel.

Once in a lifetime stay. You get what you pay for and you will not regret your stay.
Pros:

The bed, the size of the room, the staff, the food, the view, the safe in the room, the shower, the TV, the air conditioning, and the location directly on the water.

Cons:

The hotel advertises a buffet breakfast which is part of the cost of your stay.. You are asked what time you plan on eating. We signed-up for the 7:30 breakfast. Both days the breakfast buffet was not placed out until 8:30 (Sunday and Monday). If you plan on leaving early to be on the road, this will throw off your day by an hour. However, you can order a breakfast and it usually is ready within 30 minutes and the food is spectacular.
