Pros:

Sehr nett, sehr sauber, Frühstück ok
Team sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

ein riesiger Ghecko im Zimmer (sicher 30 cm)
eine große Spinne - bei beidem kann man wahrscheinlich nicht viel machen

Die Wasserpumpe ist mehrmals täglich ausgefallen und damit kein Wasser im Zimmer

Must be place in Senaru! 😁
Pros:

We hebben twee heerlijke nachten gehad bij Balé Sebaya. Sarifah is ontzettend lief en behulpzaam en samen met haar team zorgt ze ervoor dat je je meteen thuis voelt. We maakten een prachtige wandeling door de rijstvelden en naar de watervallen, geweldig begeleid door de meisjes van het team. Ook mochten we een van de scooters van het personeel huren om zelf rond te rijden.

Bij ons vertrek ging Sarifah zelfs voor ons zingen. 😊 Een dikke 10 voor Sarifah en haar team — en Sarifah zingt absoluut het beste van allemaal!

Pros:

Die Bungalows sind super schön eingerichtet, sauber und groß. Man ist hier etwas abseits von der Straße und lebt in einer eigenen grünen Oase. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf meiner sechs tägigen Reise rund um Lombok.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Gastgeber Sabine und Gregorius. Sie haben mir bei einer Lebensmittelvergiftung geholfen, mir alles Nötige besorgt, sich rührend um mich gekümmert und mich später auschecken lassen. Hätte ich mehr Tage auf Lombok gehabt, wäre ich gerne länger geblieben!

Pros:

The staff were amazing. Sherifa helped us arrange everything including the tour guide for the waterfalls and transport to our next stop. The trail for the waterfall hike ended at a 5 min walk away from the accommodation and we were very close to restaurants and mosques. We had 2 private bungalows that were very comfortable and I felt like I could really wind down. Overall great stay and super worth in terms of value for money.

Cons:

The wifi was only available at the reception area which is not bad if you want to disconnect and enjoy the nature. Also a few of their bungalows are smaller and don't have AC so just be careful what you book.

Pros:

Tres jolie établissement. Personnel aidant. Nous avons pu louer des chaussures de randonnée et ils ont gardé nos valises pendant notre ascension du volcan.

Cons:

Le ventilateur est insuffisant et la porte principale se fermait mal.

Agréable et sans prétention, propre et accueil chaleureux.
Pros:

Cabanes / bungalows climatisés très propres, simples mais confortables. L’accueil est très chaleureux et le propriétaire adorable et très ouvert. Excellent point de chute pour admirer les cascades de Senaru et surtout pour entreprendre l’ascension du volcan et du Mont Ridjani. Excellente condition physique nécessaire 😁

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Wasserfälle zu besuchen. Für den Preis hat man ein tolles kleines Bungalow und das Personal (inkl. Frühstück!!) war wirklich super!

Cons:

Es gab keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer und keine bereitgestellten Hygieneartikel, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Es war alles super

Nice people and gardens but small and dark room.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, beautiful gardens. Food was good.

Cons:

The rooms are orange and very dark and dated so they looked very unclean The outdoor shower was an interesting feature but the tiles used were an unusual colour and so looked very dirty, plus the stone floor was very uncomfortable to walk on.
The room had very bad lighting, no kettle or fridge. We felt it was over priced for the quality.

Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel attentif et services optionnels (scooter rental et taxi)

Cons:

Il y a eu des coupures d’eau à de nombreuses reprises ( 4/5 fois), qui ont certes été réglées à chaque fois mais qui a affecté notre expérience, un dédommagement aurait pu compenser ce problème.
De plus il y a des taches sur les draps du lit et sur la moustiquaire qui pourraient être interprétées par un manque de propreté.

Un engaño

Cons:

Habíamos reservado bungalows de luxe y nos metieron en unas habitaciones donde costaba respirar por el olor a naftalina. Como habíamos pagado de más y no nos quisieron devolver el dinero y nos "compensaron" invitándonos a la cena, que fue escasa y fría, que nos dejaron debajo de una tejavana (no tienen comedor) y tuvimos que sacar una mesita de la habitación. A la mañana siguiente nos dejaron ahí mismo el desayuno sin haber retirado ni los platos ni los restos de la cena.
El lavabo desaguaba en el suelo del baño, con lo cual, mientras te lavabas los dientes te mojabas los pies

Sfeervol huisje in mooie tuin
Pros:

Leuk huisje sfeervol ingericht in een mooie tuin. Hele lieve en leuke mensen werken er. Er kan veel geregeld worden: scooter, taxi, tripjes etc.

Cons:

Weet dat ‘s ochtend ‘s om 5 uur, 3 moskeeën in de buurt het gebed doen. Ik vond het wel wat hebben maar je wordt er wel wakker van.

Pros:

We hebben genoten van onze overnachtingen bij bale sebaya. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en brachten ons bijvoorbeeld naar de watervallen en een atm. Het was een rustgevende plek en de badkamer was heel mooi, met allerlei buitenplanten.
