Heads up: they overbook and might cancel your reservation

The staff on the phone were attentive and tried their best.

Cons:

We had made a reservation over a month ago, and on the day we were supposed to stay, an hour before check in they called to inform us they "overbooked" and moved us into a different hotel. I've never had this happened in any hotel, and it felt weird to be skipped over when we should've had priority.

Desayuno aceptable, buena variedad, limpieza, podría mejorar el aromatizante ambiental que utilizan en áreas comunes.

Cons:

Tardó un mes la devolución del depósito que me pidieron en el check in; sin embargo, presuntamente fue por motivos del banco; el hotel teóricamente lo liberó de inmediato, en próximos reservas lo haré mejor en efectivo.

Pros:

I continue to stay since this hotel is one of the newest in Laredo and it’s always clean. The issue is there is something wrong every time we stay. This time, the fan in room 327 NEVER stopped. It was so noisy all night long. I even turned the AC/fan off and it still kept going. Little things like this continue to happen and it’s just frustrating. Also, the guy at the front desk was very rude o one of the nights.
