Great short stay in San Francisco.
Pros:

This was our favourite property to stay at during our whole trip in the US. We had a one bedroom suite which was very spacious. We also found the staff to be exceptional in this property.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like about this property.

It is a lovely hotel, it just lacked some costumer service from the front desk.
Pros:

Location, to the fisherman’s wharf and amusement, tourist gifts were great, very pleasant staff at the door and bag handling. Restaurant food was delicious

Cons:

The staff gave incorrect information about the discount available.
We had an issue with the air conditioning, this was dealt with quickly by the engineer by requesting moving us from our room but all we received from the front desk as a compensation was a free drink from the bar considering we had spent 1 hr or more waiting on a room and having to repack our bags and moved to a smaller room.

Great location in Fishermans Wharf. Very comfortable beds, clean and fully fitted out rooms.
