The stay was excellent. Transportation was timely and friendly drivers.

We didn’t stay and are waiting for a refund.

Nothing.

Cons:

We were to have a suite. The king bed had very visible valleys in the bed, the bedroom was hot, and there was a barking dog next door. Also, they were many baseball teams staying there that had been throwing baseballs in the atrium and ALL 6 floors are open to the atrium. The hotel is visibly run down.
