Cons:

The couch was kind of wore out in the TV didn't work in the living room they didn't have any dishes in the kitchenette they came into the room without asking but took our towels and then put any clean towels and it says on the booking that it's a sofa pullout bed it wasn't a pull out bed

Refused breakfast on Christmas morning at 9:03 a.m.

Loved the hot tub, and the sauna was dangerously too hot and couldn't be adjusted.

Cons:

Christmas 2025 we were having severe winter weather and I had a live wire come down on my house and we lost power. I came to the Oxford Suites for refuge and looked forward to a hot meal that night and breakfast on Christmas morning. The website said that the restaurant was closed on designated dates and some holidays but nothing was clearly stating in the literature, the website or even from staff that it would be closed Christmas Eve. The next morning, I went to book a second night due to continued severe weather. I went to book my second night before eating breakfast as the line at the breakfast counter was long so I thought I'd be efficient: I'll just book my 2nd night then eat. It was 9:03 when I went to get breakfast counter. I was very hungry (remember I had no dinner the night before.) The Oxford website said that breakfast was until 10:00, so I should have had plenty of time to eat, but the cook behind the bar said "no, we close at 9:00 a.m. and refused to serve me breakfast. How crappy is that? I went to the casino across the highway instead. I highly recommend breakfast at the Casino if this happens to other guests at the Oxford Suites.

Creo que está bajando la calidad del hotel

Que nos otorgaron otro cuarto pero creo que eso no debe de pasar en este tipo de hoteles, porque era muy agradable hospedarnos ahí porque está muy serca del casino

Cons:

Siempre nos hospedamos ahí y por primera vez vez nos asignaron un cuarto sucio, la bañera tenía mucho pelo y todo el baño tenía pelo, sábanas sucias y el sofá cama está todo roto, creo que eso baja la calidad del hotel, espero pongan más atención en eso
