Pros:

Reg was easy and very helpful

Cons:

Disappointed the "snack" was soup - especially went it was in the 90s. In the bar, when ordering a drink there were NO mixers of juice (only sodas). Was going to order dinner however the bartender was so overwhelmed I chose to go elsewhere. Would have been awesome to have room service take and deliver food to the rooms!

Pros:

Repeat unlike other hotels that we've been to that seem sterile and uninteresting even though they have wonderful decor and good rooms, this hotel came over wonderful character and a personality you don't find very often. We really enjoyed our stay. Good job guys.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Lovely, safe, restful, good breakfast! Wonderful staff. Nice in every way! Highly recommend!

Cons:

My only suggestion might be better swivel wheels on the trolly carts, which you use to carry your luggage to your room, a little heavy and hard to steer.
