probably the best location in downtown, but even so don’t stay there if you want to walk about. the building however, is

the facilities are 5 star plus, unlike any place I have ever stayed. you want it, you got it.

Cons:

downtown L.A. is an awful place to live. it’s very unsafe and seems like no one does anything about it

Disappointing
Cons:

No working oven, no housekeeping, dirty motel room had to be moved and the 2nd room was dirty. After 3 weeks got locked out of elevator for "nonpayment" even tho I was told I had paid everything. They ended up charging me another $300 on top of the 5700 I paid for 28 days.
