Pros:

The hospitality team was outstanding and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Rena, the front desk receptionist who checked us in, did an exceptional job. We were traveling with a large softball team and several parents, and she handled everything smoothly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. Her organization, patience, and willingness to assist made the check-in process easy for everyone. She truly helped make our stay a great experience.

Spacious room with an actual kitchen…nice!
Pros:

We are very health conscious, and so many times “breakfast included” doesn’t include anything healthy. This was great! They had real oatmeal, fresh and frozen berries, oat milk as a choice, decaf coffee as a choice. We were pleased.

Cons:

Decaf coffee was not very hot. No microwave available in breakfast area to heat it.

Pros:

The front took a double deposit from me and its still setting in pending i never got back i spoke with the manager all she did was apologize the woman could find my booking confirmation was trying to charge me for the room twice and and i never got the send deposit back very upset

i wish i could have got my money back for the room.

I’m not sure if I would stay there again.
Pros:

No carpet! Pillows were great! Loved having a kitchenette!

Cons:

There was NO water pressure in the shower. Maybe this is a water saving feature, but there is a better way to achieve that AND still have pressure. And the fact that the water is soft OR a water softener has been added causes folks to spend 2-3 times LONGER in the shower trying to rinse off and using 3x’s the amount of water!!!
