Pros:

poor breakfast in comparison to other 2 star Michelin hotels/restaurants.

Cons:

The honsty of the owner concerning the quality of an expensive bottle of white wine (O Soro)
Highly wine experienced people at our table were unanomous that the bottle had an unacceptable bad taste.
Mr. Pepe Vieira did not agree and tried to charge the second bottle, that was excellent, at double the price of the bottle in the wine list……Fortunately we have seen this malicious move !

Las instalaciones son una pasada: la habitación, la decoración…Justo lo que se espera del alojamiento

Cons:

Muy (MUY) pobre el desayuno. Se espera muchísimo más de nivel en un alojamiento que no deja de ser un estrella Michelin. Un café, un croissant y una tostada. Penoso.

Cuidar los detalles de la habitación siempre le va a dar un plus, entrada sin alfombra, falta de jabones o amenities de un sitio que intenta (al menos cobra como tal) encajar en lujo.

O hotel é muito bonito, toda a arquitetura do espaço está pensada ao detalhe. Também é super confortável e tem todas as comodidades. Os funcionários são amáveis e prestáveis. Toda a estadia foi incrível, mas houve algo que a tornou um 8 e não um 10.

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço foi uma desilusão. Após ler os comentários extremamente positivos, decidimos acrescentar o pequeno-almoço à estadia, mesmo tendo um custo considerável.
As expectativas estavam altas mas a refeição foi efetivamente fraca: por pessoa foram servidos dois pequeníssimos bolos, um croissant, uma fatia de pão torrado, compotas e bebidas. Para além da pouquíssima variedade (apenas doces), pouca quantidade (é servido a mesa sem possibilidade de repetir) e de uma frescura duvidável (a torrada estava dura e fria), a qualidade individual de cada elemento não era a melhor. Pelo valor cobrado e tendo em conta que o hotel tem o nome do chef que reune três estrelas Michelin, toda a comida servida no mesmo deveria brilhar.

Pepe Vieira debería ser un restaurante maravilloso (que lo es) y replantearse su experiencia hotelera.
Pros:

Desde la cama el ventanal es un cuadro y estás dentro, eso me encantó. El entorno y el concepto son muy buenos pero no le sacan partido. La piscina es muy agradable.

Cons:

No es un hotel, es un restaurante 2 estrellas michelín que ofrece esa experiencia de dormir en los galpones. El personal se esfuerza, pero no te ofrecen comodidades de hotel porque no las tienen, de la carta de la comida de la piscina no hay algunos productos, no te informan adecuadamente a la llegada de qué tienes o no disponible, así que todo es muy subjetivo, por ejemplo, no hay nadie en las instalaciones por las noches, tan solo los clientes, los domingos no hay personal apenas porque libran, tuvimos que pedir una pizza del pueblo…. Y recomendamos, después de tres días lastimándonos los tobillos, que cambien las camas, es un tatami de hierro en el que INEVITABLEMENTE te das varios golpes diarios. Teníamos la duda de probar el restaurante Michelín, pero ni nos explicaron cómo era la experiencia ni nos lo enseñaron, así que decidimos no probar, los desayunos carísimos, de 30 (café, zumo y bollo) 50 el normal de un hotel, y 70 euros el gr-astonómico, un sinsentido.
