Do not stay here if you want creature comforts
Pros:

Nothing. The room smelled really awful. The TV reception was non existant. There was no coffee or tea making facilities. The shower gel dispenser was broken so you had to make do. One of the wondows had no curtain so we couldnt keep the light and street noise out at night. We were supposed to stay for a week, we stayed one horrible night. If you are going to KL for a pleasant holiday do not stay here. The hotel is more suited to visitors on a tight budget. It is a huge hotel with hundreds of guests coming and going noisily all hours of the day and night. We moved to a hotel around the corner and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Cons:

Everything. I am sure the hotel will not allow this review to be posted so Probably wasting my time.

Cons:

I was so disappointed to book that room. Really bad smell from the bathroom room. The TV has problems, my kid couldn’t enjoy. The washing machine didn’t work. The door also had problems that made us hard time to open it! I couldn’t message to the owner of that room. It made me so mad!!!Because of my son and short time in Malaysia so I couldn’t move to another hotel!!

The appartment was not checked prior to check in. Many amenities missing such as some Cutlery, basic cleaning products

Smelly, dirty, uncomfortable ~ never go to this apartment anymore.

Cons:

Everything from the check-in. Doesn’t mentioned about how to check-in on their page. Went there, only the guard is there but he couldn’t talk to the host either. The price shown also didn’t state the cleaning charge, when paid only state there. The total price same as hotel, better book a hotel if the same is the same.

sink leakage pipe with bad smell in the room.

Cons:

Waste line pipe blockage and leak and should be done check before check in. and cant use the facilities on the check in time like washing machine and sink. Disappointed with the management of this apartment and will marks for bad feedback.

Perfect location 😘
Pros:

Lot 10 is a 5-minute walk away, while the Pavilion is a 7-minute walk away.
If you have a full hand, you can return to your apartment and drop your belongings before proceeding to the next shopping trip. The accommodation and facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Elevator. It took us more than ten minutes to get there.

The stay had alot of great potential, but the check-in process must be improved. Ammenities mentioned should all be read
Pros:

The room was clean, had a great view of the city, and walkable to hot spots around Bukit Bintang.

Cons:

The check-in instructions were unclear and took a long time. Some of the amenities were not provided in the house, I was later told it is available upon request. The room key had issues and we were stuck outside for a while.
