Nice but way over priced
Pros:

The location is great but the price for 1 night is extremely expensive.

Cons:

It is not a $200 a night hotel in downtown Austin, it’s a $140 a night hotel way south of downtown.

Cuando llegue a hacer check in me cobraron una cantidad superior a la que indicaba en booking lo cual mostre en recepción y me solicitaron enviar por email para aclaración, al día siguiente tras querer hacer la aclaración en booking via email
el precio en mi pantalla había cambiado, por lo cual presentaré mi queda directo en la página, además normalmente llegó a estos hoteles porque todos son prácticamente iguales, tienen muy buen servicio y no hay sorpresas pero en esta ubicación el desayuno no era de la misma calidad que en otros home 2 suites donde me he quedado en mismo Austin y el servicio en la barra de desayuno tampoco fue el mejor.

Pros:

I loved how many kitchen items were available to be used. The full sized refrigerator with freezer was lovely. Plenty of space in the room. The room was very clean. I liked the view from my room. The TV welcomed me by name and I thought that was nifty. I felt like it was a second mini home.

Cons:

The head of the mattress was at a lower incline compared to the rest of the bed so I had to sleep 180 degrees from the head frame to sleep comfortably.

Lovely place but a little overpriced
Pros:

This is a great place to stay. There were some minor inconveniences but we will happily stay again. The room was clean, well prepared, and has a very handy kitchenette. The bed mattresses were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the fitness centre and pool. Breakfast was pretty average; better the first day than the second day. The hotel is handy to a supermarket and a few eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows were awful! We would appreciate some more healthy options for breakfast - ie. fruit salad, gluten free breads, less processed meats, etc. For this price point I would expect a better breakfast - we have stayed in numerous American hotel chains over the last 18 months, and we have paid a lot less for much better food. Also, we still haven't received any points for a previous phone survey I did for Hilton.

A great place to stay near South Congress!
Pros:

The staff were all wonderful! Very friendly, helpful and diligent. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. Rooms were big and very comfortable.
