Great location, clean, good value, comfortable
Pros:

Clean, well staffed, location, large suites, refrigerator/freezer, free breakfast.

Cons:

Pillows too large for me and my neck. Bed too soft.

Overall good. Not impressed with CONSISTENCY of the breakfast (which is a major selling point for your business)
Pros:

Clean and well organized

Cons:

Breakfast started on Monday and Tuesday was great. Wednesday on there was limited everything, no choices of milk, toasters were broken. On Saturday when we left there were plenty of bagels, no yogurt, limited dry cereal, no bananas, one toaster was gone and the other either incinerated your bread or didn’t go on at all.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Excellent spot. Had many stores available on sight. Our trip was to visit Capitol area and was a few minutes away so that was a plus. Area felt safe. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel for longer stays!
Pros:

Room was quite large with queen bed and a pull-out sofa-bed. Clean throughout the hotel and common areas. Very quiet and with an outdoor pool and a decent weight room.

Cons:

Breakfast was reasonable, but there are many places to eat close by so no problem! Coffee was actually quite good and freshly brewed!

Nice but way over priced
Pros:

The location is great but the price for 1 night is extremely expensive.

Cons:

It is not a $200 a night hotel in downtown Austin, it’s a $140 a night hotel way south of downtown.
