Price is not equal to the service.
Cons:

Buffet and swimming pool are not included without mentioning in hotel's description for booking, I have to pay extra however this service is not equal the price. There's noting to eat with a price 143,000 VND ~ $4 use/pax. I paid for 3 adults and 3 children.
I've also paid for a swimming pool service in the checkin date, but tomorrow they let the other people using this service without paying any fee.

Nevratila bych se. na 5* hotel rozhodne neodpovida ocekavani.
Pros:

Bazeny byly fajn, vyhled z okna take byl dobry. Ale to je snad jedina vec, ktera muzu napsat jako pozitivita.

Cons:

Na 5* hotel totalni katastrofa! Zaplatili jsme early check in, at muzeme vyuzit bazeny a odpocinout si. Prijeli jsme v 10 a cekali jsme pres hodinu na ubytovani, pak jsme museli poradat a novy pokoj, protoze nam dali mnohem mensi pokoj, nez jsme meli zaplacene. Vstupni dvere do pokoje nesli otevrit, cekali jsme pres pul hodin at nekdo to vyresi, abysme si mohli veci sbalit a prestehovat se do noveho pokoje. Personal nemluvil ani zakladni anglictina, domluva jak s kamenem, hrozne jednani. Karta od bazenu nastavena na jiny pokoj, problem se dostat do bazenu, celkove totalni katastrova. Vyuzili jsme sluzby pradlo, kde mi znicili jedno tricko spalenim zehlickou. Na check out (museli jsme nechat bud mezinarodni pas nebo penize) jsem opet cekala pul hodit at nekdo prijde a vrati nam deposit.

A good place to relax for 2-3 nights
Pros:

Nice swimming pools, sauna, spa area. Earring places and shops are available on the resort. Location is on the hill with a beautiful sea view.

Cons:

The room was ok but felt like not finally ready for guests. Not enough hangers for towels in the bathroom, no shelf for toiletries in the shower. Other small things could be fixed better.

Too far away from the town. Our apartment was dirty!! No teaspoons to stir our coffee, we had to use a toothbrush…

This hotel made my Best days in Vietnam !
Pros:

Cleanliness, modern , calm . Many opportunities, swimming , gym , sauna . 0-24H shops. Restaurants !

It’s a lovely place . I could rent a motorbike too!!!
Amazing staff! Very helpful :)

Cons:

It a prefer! I had the best time here in Vietnam !

Amazing place, good swimming pools, staff were all helpful, clean

Cons:

It's in the middle of nowhere. Only few restaurants in resort. Food delivery takes long time because a lot of restaurants are over 20 km away
