Worst Hotel Stay Ever – Avoid at All Costs

We had a terrible experience at this hotel and I would strongly advise against staying here.

The rooms are in pathetic condition. The first room had a leaking AC and a bathroom door that wouldn’t close. After requesting a change, the second room had a non-working TV, no phone to call reception, and even worse — dirty water was coming out of the toilet when flushing.

It took five calls before they reluctantly gave us another room, but the third one was no better. The geyser didn’t work, the exhaust fan was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and even the main door barely locked. After being shifted to three rooms and still facing these issues, we were completely frustrated but had to spend the night since there was no other option.

The staff made the situation worse — the receptionists were rude and dismissive, while the other staff refused to provide even basic necessities like drinking water or towels.

On top of that, renovation work was ongoing, making the 3rd and 4th floors filthy and extremely noisy. Sleeping or resting was impossible.

This hotel is absolutely unfit for guests. Worst stay ever. Not recommended at all.

Has a good banquet and a good service. Staff is cordial and food is decent.
Pros:

One of the best hotels in stayed in NCR. Food was awesome. Location is Noida and bit far. Price is high as compare to stuff but the best part is good. I tried dinner and breakfast and both were too good.Clean and comfortable rooms.the rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.|Friendly and helpful staff: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
