Pros:

It was a wonderful stay, although a little expensive other than near by motels with all you can eat and closer. Another thing is that we needed a transportation to the airport. But, they dont have anybody available because it 8:30pm. Other than that, everything is near by the mall of asia.

Cons:

No transportation to the airport. Food selection was not much choice. It would have been nice if it was all you can eat.

An excellent stay!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we immediately felt well taken care of. The hotel’s modern design and vibrant atmosphere created a refreshing and comfortable environment throughout our stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and functionality. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, well-maintained amenities, and the stunning view of Manila Bay, which added a relaxing touch to our stay.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s location. Being situated near the Mall of Asia made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Accessibility to nearby attractions was a huge plus and made our trip even more enjoyable.
Overall, our experience at TRYP by Wyndham Mall of Asia Manila was memorable and very satisfying. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location makes it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. Cons:

While your Front Office staff generally communicate well in English, what matters most to me as a guest is their attitude and level of hospitality. Unfortunately, I have found that several FO staff members come across as rude and not very accommodating during my visits.

That said, I would like to commend Rica, whom I encountered during my recent stay in April. She handled my check-in with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She truly stood out and made a positive impression.

On the other hand, I experienced a less pleasant interaction with FO staff Marie (or Mary) during my stay on March 26. I felt that my concerns were dismissed quickly, as I was told “no” without any effort to offer alternatives or solutions. This made the experience feel impersonal and unwelcoming.

As a returning guest, I believe that attitude and empathy play a significant role in building loyalty. Guests are more likely to return when they feel valued, understood, and genuinely cared for. I hope the team can be further trained not only in service standards but also in empathy and guest engagement.

Shower design not the smartest. Having a glass extend halfway out and the other half open made a giant mess in the bathroom when trying to shower.

Aside from the breakfast, the property is recommendable.
Pros:

The property itself was decent and comfortable. The staff were friendly and respectful.

Cons:

The breakfast (800 php/pax, for me is not worthed); there were no much choices in the buffet.
