Good location!
Pros:

Great location for those planning to visit MOA or Intramuros. The loft-style room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to five guests. The room itself is large, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the room service — the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was that the pool was under construction and unavailable for use. Aside from that, everything was excellent. If the pool had been operational, this property would have been a solid 10/10 for me.

Nähe zum Flughafen und Mall of Asia mit kostenlosem Shuttle Bus zur Mall. Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten

Cons:

Ausstattung etwas veraltet, Blick zum Hafen war laut (laute Motorräder und Flugzeuge).

fantastic, should we come back I would choose to stay at TRYP again!
Pros:

I loved the room, the beds and set up. It was beautiful and clean.
We also loved how many channels were on the TV.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is we ordered room service, a caesar salad and fries plus some wine. The portion size was very small. I would have thought the salad would have been a bit bigger. Or a note was made about the size so we could have ordered the right amount of food.

i had a problem with checking our room charges receipts they didn’t give me the original copy which i know that its not right. i’ve waited for more than 2 hours and they still haven’t figured it our where the receipts are

Good hotel but needs upgrading/maintenance
Pros:

Location is good although still a good 10 to 15 minutes away from mall. Clean facilities. Window seats in rooms still the best feature of Wyndham hotels. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Shower stalls only partly covered by glass which allow water to splash into the next partition for toilet bowl, leaving the whole bathroom wet. Bathroom door locks for the two rooms we occupied don't work. Light bulbs need replacing in some cabinets and lamp shades. Pool a bit small and could get full very quickly.

Substandard construction
Pros:

It was located near the mall. There was toothpaste in the restroom.

Cons:

My plane was late instead of working with me to move reservation back a day, I had to pay for another room. The room size was smaller than feared. The lights keep blinking. If you are prone to it, the blinking lights may cause seizures. I believe blinking caused by undersized wiring. If you unplug couple items, the lights stop blinking. I really hate that I'm forced to have staff get a cart for me. I should be allowed to get cart to and from room. I have 2 toddlers. The windows in room are easily opened. My son had unlocked the windows. He could fallen to his death if he leaned against the window.

Pros:

I like that they have free shuttle to and from MOA. The staff are attentive.

Cons:

I did not like the room near the main area because the sound of vehicles from the outside would make it difficult to get a restful sleep at night. It seems the room is not soundproof because you would hear the sound of the water from the shower and the noise of the hair dryer coming from the next room. They should also need to check the aircon unit because of a hissing/whistling sound.
