Alt i alt dog et dejligt ophold. Vi boede der i en uge. Kunne godt finde på at booke deres Magdalena værelse igen☺️
Pros:

Beliggenhed- lige så snart vi gik uden for døren var vi i centrum på små hyggelig gader. Vi havde et værelse med balkon og det var en dejlig udsigt udover vandet og bådene.

Cons:

Værelset var ret lille. Rengøringen kunne være bedre.

Avoid if you can
Pros:

The location and the view are what sells this place. Other than that I was dissapointed.

Cons:

They were not at all friendly/ welcoming. Told me my seaview room was double booked so I had to stay in a different building in a backlot room the first night. Didn't get a refund for that night or at least a discount on the total price. They behaved like I should be happy they didn't charge me extra, because it was a better class room (it wasn't)
A lot of stuff was broken in both rooms ( fawcet that didnt work, windows that could not be closed or opened, no mosquito net, no water when we wanted to shower, wifi worked only 50%). Also a lot of construction noise. In my opinion: when you do constructionwork on your hotel, prices should be even lower because of all the disturbance it gives guests. But they did not and they constantly had a 'we don't care attitude'.
In short: we would never return and never recommend this place.

It is good but they should improve the organization

Unfortunately i was a bit disappointed cause i planned some tours with them over a busy period (NYE). I specifically asked them to book for me the private tours at the beginning of November but when i arrived at the property at the end of december no tours were booked and consequently i have to organize them by myself. At the end they managed to organize only one of the two i planned to do with them. The lady at the reception was helpful but this did not change our discomfort. We booked with them also a private transfer to go to Puerto Princesa and it was not ready at the planned time. It has been a bit stressful waiting not knowing if it will be on time cause we had to catch a flight that night (at the end it arrived 30 min late but it arrived). The next time it is better to organize the tours independently so you will not have bad surprises.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, vista sul mare meravigliosa e camera super spaziosa con cucina e bagno privato

Cons:

Peccato per i vetri sporchi della camera ma capisco che con il salmastro sia difficile tenerli puliti. Il bagno è separato dalla camera da una porta scorrevole in plexiglass non proprio amica della privacy. Non proprio economica in rapporto qualità prezzo.
