Zweckmäßig, guter Preis, Balkon und Kaffeemaschine gut und praktisch. Für niedrige Ansprüche okay

Appartement ohne Frühstück, kleine Küchenzeile,Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, Balkon, bequemes Bett ,kleines Bad, genügend Handtücher

Cons:

Sauberkeit, Dusche leider defekt, Appartement wechsel auf Anfrage möglich, Räume sehr abgewohnt,.vieles müsste wirklich erneuert und renoviert werden..vor allem die Dusche..Halterung defekt usw....im gesamten Haus die Flure dreckig, Wände in den Appartements fleckig...

Sauberes und schönes Zimmer - alles da was man benötigt.
Die Kommunikation war sehr persönlich, zuvorkommend und wirklich sehr nett! Das Personal war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Ist jedoch nicht ganz zentral - Taxi oder Auto empfehlenswert.

Es könnte besser sein ( wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt)

Das Zimmer ist funktional iund für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok

Cons:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Arbio Freiburg. Bei diesem Mal waren Zimmer und Bad nicht so sauber wie beim ersten Besuch. Im Bad war der Toiletten Deckel defekt

I really enjoyed my stay at Arbio Apartments. It’s a perfect option for a business trip or a short professional stay.

The room has a very smart and thoughtful design. Even though I stayed in a small room, it never felt cramped. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, and a nice, modern bathroom. Everything was functional, clean, and clearly designed with comfort in mind.

Overall, a great place to stay — practical, stylish, and ideal for business travellers. I will definitely choose Arbio Apartments again.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura confortevole e accogliente. Il self check in molto semplice e intuitivo. Ho chiesto diverse informazioni allo staff e devo dire che sono sempre stati gentili e tempestivi, anche ad orari non comuni (es alle 24).

Cons:

La gestione della prenotazione, passando da booking ad Arbio, non è chiara. Il dubbio è che può essere una truffa, perchè ti rimanda ad un altra pagina. Tutto cmq regolare. Andrebbe esplicitata la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio, il costo indicato privatamente è stato di 14€/ notte

NIE wieder eine Buchung in diesem Konzern
Cons:

im Zimmer lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger,
Schädlinge im Bad kann es mal geben,
Über die Ungepflegte Aussenanlage und das 3ß cm hohe Gras direkt vor der Terasse des Zimmers kann man auch hinweg sehen
Wlan code musste erst mühsam per email nachgefragt werden
kein Personal vor Ort, Kontaktversuch per mail hatte keinen Erfolg, am Telefon wurde einfach aufgelegt....( wollte nur ein anderes Zimmer haben) zu allem Überfluss werden noch 250 Euro Kaution abgebucht ohne Vorankündigung!!!

Auch hier nur sehr schwierige und schleppende Problemlösung
