Very pleasant and well situated hotel.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, if small. Lift to our fourth floor room.. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well positioned to visit the Vieux Port and the central shopping area

Cons:

Room was quite small, with only one chair. In a separate building from reception and breakfast room, which could be annoying if the weather is bad,

Excellent petit déjeuner, personnel très agréable.

Cons:

La chambre était très petite et mal agencée. De plus, il y faisait trop chaud. C'est un immeuble très mal insonorisé : on entendait les voisins qui parlaient, pourtant pas très fort, tard dans la nuit.

Excellent location, very central and convenient, with everything within easy walking distance

Spacious and very quiet Junior Suite

Nice garden area

Cons:

Property and rooms show visible signs of wear and are not well maintained
Junior Suite is quite minimal in terms of comfort; some furniture (e.g. table) is unstable and damaged
Breakfast not well managed: items finished by 9:00 and not refilled
Many pigeons in the garden area that can disturb and take food from tables, with no staff present outside
Overall, the experience does not reflect the price paid
