Wonderful location, superb service and staff.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful ready to do anything for you.
Great location.
The restaurant was very good.

Cons:

The hotel room was cold. Guests could not control the thermostat in the room, you had to go and ask reception to increase the temperature. They did not increase it by much. I have never stayed in a hotel where guests couldn’t decide the temperature in their room. The hotel should change the system so guests can make the room as warm as they need.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Gute Lage. Vieux Port fussläufig rasch zu erreichen. Zimmer zweckmäßig.

Pros:

Chambre supérieur très confortable, propre et élégante, avec ascenseur.

Cons:

Les chambres sont dans un bâtiment autre que celui de l'accueil, la porte d'entrée principale du bâtiment ne ferme pas du tout (pas rassurant lors du WE d'émeutes où le quartier a été saccagé et pillé).
Petit déjeuner plutôt décevant (beaucoup de produit industriel, peu de local).
