Pros:

Great house keeping! The room was well appointed. The location is good if you want to explore lower manhattan area. Excellent staff! Welcoming and dedicated to make the experience amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, comfort and service.
Pros:

Highly service oriented. They provided loaner cuff links to us and also a small freezer for the room. All staff was friendly and delivered every need. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing. The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

That my stay was only 2 nights.
