A beautiful boutique hotel that made our New York trip even better
Pros:

This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. Everything felt exceptional, the bed, the beautifully designed hallways, the location, and the wonderful bar. It truly feels like a small boutique five-star hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much, from breakfast in bed to evening tea at the bar. That it genuinely made our New York experience better overall. The attention to detail is remarkable: the way they carefully arrange your personal items in the bathroom after cleaning, the incredibly soft towels, and the beautiful, comfortable bathrobes. Everything feels thoughtful and luxurious.

Cons:

There were only two small details. Breakfast in the room is served on a wooden tray rather than on a trolley that slides over the bed, which would make eating in bed easier. The tray is still nice, but a trolley would be more practical. On our last morning, housekeeping knocked around 9 a.m. asking if we were done, even though we still had plenty of time before checkout. It would be better if they had clear information about whether guests have actually left the room.

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

Amazing hotel! Closest metro station is about 3mins walk. Ordered in-room breakfast service the whole time we were there & amenities were tip top. If I had to nitpick I would say our room didn’t really have much of a view but it didn’t really matter bcs we were out and about exploring the city anyway. 10/10 recommend!

I’m really disappointed they don’t like to photograph lobby I feel really bad I was there at other hotels It’s no problem. But this hotel people say don’t take a photograph. This is really bad experience look like a very unprofessional because we are not selling the pictures just memories. It’s very simple.
