Exceptional stay!
Pros:

Amazing hotel! Closest metro station is about 3mins walk. Ordered in-room breakfast service the whole time we were there & amenities were tip top. If I had to nitpick I would say our room didn’t really have much of a view but it didn’t really matter bcs we were out and about exploring the city anyway. 10/10 recommend!

Cons:

I’m really disappointed they don’t like to photograph lobby I feel really bad I was there at other hotels It’s no problem. But this hotel people say don’t take a photograph. This is really bad experience look like a very unprofessional because we are not selling the pictures just memories. It’s very simple.

Wonderful: relaxing, comfortable & impressive.
Pros:

Just the perfect location if you want to visit NYC/Manhattan but without the craziness of Midtown. It's a lovely neighbourhood and easy to get everywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn (and beyond) by subway or taxi (and the subway is far easier than most tourists will tell you!)
Staff are brilliant, the decor is delightful and the classiness of the place is to die for.
I've been twice now, once with my husband and another time with my elderly parents - and it's just perfect.

نظافه المكان والأثاث والطعام في مطعم اللوبي

للأسف كانت تجربتي مع هذا الفندق غير مرضية إطلاقًا، ولا تليق بتصنيف فندق خمس نجوم.

الغرف ضيقة جدًا، والتعامل من قبل الموظفين سيئ وغير احترافي.
قبل مغادرتي الفندق أنزلت أمتعتي لوجود رحلة سفر، وطلبت من إحدى الموظفات مساعدتي في توفير مكان هادئ لمدة لا تتجاوز 10 دقائق فقط لأداء الصلاة بعد ساعة من ذلك، علمًا بأن الصلاة للمسلمين لها وقت محدد. كما استفسرت عن إعادة مبلغ التأمين، وأفادتني الموظفة بأنه سيعود إلى الحساب البنكي خلال مدة من 3 إلى 10 أيام.

بعد مرور ساعة عدت إلى الفندق وطلبت المكان الهادئ لأداء الصلاة، فكان الرد صادمًا وغير لائق، حيث أُبلغت بأنه لا يوجد مكان متاح سوى الحمام. هذا الرد غير مقبول إطلاقًا، ويعكس سوء فهم واحترام لاحتياجات النزلاء الدينية، فالصلاة لا يمكن أن تُؤدى في مكان غير لائق، وهذا أسلوب مهين لا يليق بأي دين أو بثقافة الضيافة عمومًا.

أما بخصوص مبلغ التأمين، فبعد مرور 7 أيام لم يتم إرجاعه. وعند التواصل معهم أفادوا بأن المبلغ قد تم إرساله، وطُلب مني الانتظار 10 أيام إضافية ثم مراجعة البنك. بعد مرور 12 يومًا طلبت منهم تزويدي برقم الحوالة البنكية الصادرة من طرفهم، ولم يتم التجاوب معي حتى الآن، رغم مرور أكثر من 18 يومًا على المغادرة.

تجربة مخيبة للآمال من جميع النواحي، سواء من حيث الخدمة، أو التعامل، أو احترام النزلاء، أو المصداقية المالية، ولا أنصح بالإقامة فيه

في المقابل فندق Charles hotel in Boston or embassy Hilton اعاده المبالغ قبل مغادرتي باب فندقهم
في المقابل فندق فلوريدن ديزني لم يطلب من الأساس
وهذا الأمر معمول به في فنادق اروبا الأمر الذي يسمح لك التحكم بميزانيه سفر جيده وثقه وراحه بين العميل والفندق

Habitació comfortable i prou gran per dormir una familia de 4 amb dos llits dobles. Bany gran i dutxa de 10. Aigua, galetes, cafè i xocolates gratuïtes cada dia. Personal extremadament agradable. El gimnàs amb fruita fresca cada matí. Els preus del mini bar i el room service (esmorzar) a preu prou raonables per ser un cinc estrelles. Proximitat al metro, 2min.

Preu una mica car.
